True, and I wonder where that would go with semi auto air guns. I believe there is a federal law that prohibits states from banning air gun sales.

This is the basis of ANJRPC's challenge to OGAM, since it applies to BB guns. Speaking of that case, anybody know what's going on with it? It's been out there for awhile, but ANJRPC isn't exactly known for disseminating information in a speedy fashion.
