Old School 611 Posted December 6, 2011 Great forum. I just elected to buy UTG PRO US MADE 6 POS MILSPEC as opposed to an import. Thet cost me $60 ($5 more) with shipping and I may keep an American working. If anybody wants one give me a heads up.
totalabuse 27 Posted December 6, 2011 I bought a Pendleton Board shirt recently that was made in Mexico. This is troubling as I saw them as one of the last great American clothing manufacturers. I own at least twenty of thier products, some dating back to the sixties. I guess that it's over. Also got the wife a Filson tin cloth uplands jacket which is still made here. But watch out, Filson is also outsourcing certain lines.

I got a pair of Redwing Beckmans recently which are made here. Maybe they outsource only some of their products? I believe Danner does this as well.
