Lambo2936 297 Posted June 8, 2016 I can assure you there will be a fire and all of her emails will be lost, long before those 75 years come around...I'm sure we all know its all Politics and BS. They are burying it so that she has a chance to get into office. What a damn shame.
Zeke 5,504 Posted June 9, 2016 Who is the "they"? And,and, and why is it no longer "we"?
Lambo2936 297 Posted June 9, 2016 It hasn't been "we" for a long time, haha."They" being the politicians/corrupt government. If joe shmoe the plumber or Private John Doe with secret clearance had a private server used to communicate with family and such was sharing otherwise classified/whatever information, we'd never hear about this and the guy would be rotting in some prison we don't hear about. The fact that Politicians are held to LOWER standards than your average Joe is very discouraging; it should be quite the opposite. It sucks because i'm young, so i have 50+ years of a corrupt freakin' system to deal with. The older folks on here are lucky. Worst thing they might deal with is a 10rd limit in the next few years. There is a fairly good chance that by the time i'm back in diapers i'll be A) dead from the impending world war or some virus that came from Mexico, and B) Completely disarmed; hell, even sharp knives will be banned.Airsoft guns are technically legal firearms in NJ, if one were to look at what classifies firearms as firearms.Maybe i'll pick up one of those strobe flashlights they are advertising on TV as a home defense item.Because when someone is pointing a gun at me, i'll draw my flashlight and FLASHLIGHT THEM TO DEATH! Krdshrk 3,877 Posted August 16, 2016 So does that mean we can carry in PA again with a FL or UT CCW?
10X 3,296 Posted August 16, 2016 Perjury was a felony charge, so she's now been successful in reducing the number of people eligible to own guns in PA by one.
Lambo2936 297 Posted August 16, 2016 So does that mean we can carry in PA again with a FL or UT CCW? I hope, that'd be awesome. I'd go take the test immediately.
JohnnyB 4,325 Posted August 16, 2016 Until the next PA AG revisits the CCW reciprocity agreements, nothing will change. The fact that she was found guilty has no bearing on past decisions made by her office. IANAL, but that's the way I see it.

10X 3,296 Posted August 17, 2016 She *Finally* did the honorable thing. Shame it took two years..... Two years ago it might have been the honorable thing. Instead she waited until after she was indicted, after she lost her law license, after the Governor and the legislature both called for her resignation, after she was convicted on all counts, and until just before the sentencing hearing at which she was legally required to give up her post...at about the same time she would have been voted out in the general election anyway. That's far from honorable. That's hanging onto a lucrative taxpayer-funded job for as long as humanly possible. That's despicable.
