All the dates are from '13...are they in limbo?

A3666 - Prohibits mail order, Internet, telephone, and any other anonymous method of ammunition sale or transfer in New Jersey.

Perhaps someone should tell them it's not anonymous.

A3689 - Requires security guards who carry weapons to wear certain uniform, including identification card.

Requires security guards to wear a day-glo sign reading, "Shoot me first!"

A3752 - Requires firearms to be unloaded and securely locked or stored within home.

Who needs a pesky warrant?

A3773 - Increases firearms purchaser identification card and permit to purchase a handgun fee.

Can't have those ghetto residents buying handguns now, can we?

A3788 - Codifies regulation exempting firearms records from State's open public records law; abolishes common law right of access to these records.

Hey, at least we can find out who's getting those carry permits in NJ, right?

A3995 - Prohibits installation of gunfire locators on utility poles.

Wait... what?

these were all conjured up after the Sandy Hook shooting. some actually made it to CC's desk and were vetoed (except 1maybe?) some have been regurgitated a few times and some reconfigured or combined, they made them up so fast they didnt know who was doing what. But you can be sure that the very least they are on someones desk and get the dust blown off occasionaly for the inevitable re-introductions when the Dems are in control. This is NJ's future.

So is it safe to assume that Christie will veto these again? I would think so.

He said in a meeting today that they are wrong and he will fight them.

I fear there is no hope for this state after Christie leaves.  Our legislators are licking their chops to establish "model legislation" of "common sense" gun laws.

We led the way on this anti-2A watch list bill and now everyone from Faux news to the NRAint is on board.

Disgusting.

you're assuming we elect a democrat to follow him. what if it's a republican? i'd think kim guadagno has at least a fighter's chance (plus she's pro choice, which goes a loooong way in this state), and who knows who else might emerge?  all is not lost. all is never lost

You need to starve the beast. Convince everyone you know to fill out a new W4 and put 10 or 20 down for people you are claiming, even if single. Put the extra money you get each paycheck away as you'll owe money at the end of the year, but the state will suffer due to tax shortfalls it expects during the year.

Camden, NJ already has a locator system in place. It's called the ShotSpotter system.

Camden, Plainfield, Trenton, East Orange, Newark, Atlantic City and Paterson are just a few.

Wait....The majority of legal gun owners, the ones that Weinberg and Sweeney are going after, don't live in those cities!

Why not put the systems in the white suburbs where all the guns are? They are wasting our taxpayer dollars once again!

Well I hope Tubby boy vetoes it and the pussies in the legislature don't get the votes to override it - but in the meantime I will be buying up 15 round weapons -

Tubby boy probably will veto it but the problem is when he's gone we will have "Commy boy" who ever that is, Sweeny maybe, that will sign it.

Vote, vote, vote and try to convince all the "FUDS" you know that we are in deep trouble and try to convince them to vote Republican. Take your liberal or democrat friend to the range to shoot if you can.  BTW, I'm not a Republican or Democrat (AKA communist) but the Republicans is all we have.

^I'm with you I'm not affiliated with the R's anymore either (too many RINOs who spend happy hour with the Commies) - but they are the only ones that have a couple members who would stand up for 2A -

I have been doing the most I can, talking up firearms as much as I can, asking new shooters to come to the range and shoot on my dime, wearing firearms related apparel hoping it sparks conversation - etc, I will most likely be long gone when Tubby is out, but in the meantime I will try the best I can to help, as a resident.
