God I hate this state. That pistil I'd 300 blk suppressed would make a great CCW piece.

I have a suppressed 300 with 7.5" barrel. When you add the suppressor it's barely an SBR bit it is fun.

I don't know if it's something you guys need, it's a folding stock for an AR that should be NJ legal. A bit pricey for an adapter if you don't need it for work though.

Yup, I've seen it - It's a pretty slick piece of kit and all reports I have heard on it were favorable.

 

I personally don't see a need for it for what we do at work, we rarely need to conceal our rifles. The police lights, loud speakers, Bearcat, uniforms, helmets, and armor tend to make us stand out way before our rifles but others with a different mission have stated these suit their needs pretty well, especially guys that work in and around unmarked cars a lot.

 

Not sure on NJ legal though. If I remember correctly, it will fire 1 round while folded.

I believe this will fire one round.  So yes the scar is completely functional and will fire the same with either stock folded or not.  Also, IANAL and don't play one tv but I'd still be skeptical about the NJ law on stocks.  No were does it say it can be used as a safety or disablement.  However, maybe, but if the gun doesn't fire at least the one round why bother?  Actually even if it fires one rounds what's the appeal?  A smaller range bag?

Iirc it will only fire once in the folded position before it eats itself and cant cycle. There is no follow up shot. So is it technically a semi-auto at that point if you can only fire one round while it's folded?
