To the moon Alice!

Recommended Posts

I was out spraying the moss on my roof, I hear a loud pop...I mean LOUD pop then a crash and scrape.

A young woman drifted a bit too far and hit one of the rocks that line the road.

It totally trashed the right front of the Ford C-Max.   The wheel was hosed, the rubber completely off.   It pushed the whole right front into the wheel well and I'm sure bent some other stuff.

Anyway...had I waited just a few minutes to start, the video would have been beautiful...instead, well, see for your self.

HAHAHA that's great! Just one of your security cameras captured that or what? Also, my wife's name is Alice...I'm not sure if I want you to send her to the moon or not just yet...I'll get back to you. For now I like her here with me :p

Yeah, the security cam that faces the road.   Figures I hit it with water right exactly at the wrong moment...not to mention I'm blocking the view too.  Ah well.

You are the reason for this accident.  Spraying some funky stuff onto your roof in the middle of the day.  Your wanton disregard for road safety by performing hideous acts of roof washing is unforgiveable.  How do you expect normal people to not be distracted by you actions. There ought to be a law.  If it saves one life.

Messin' with you.  But, somehow it fits in with 'somebody else has to pay for my stupidity' mentality that rules today.

She may have been distracted by me, hard to say although the rocks do block the view from the road to me somewhat.  She didn't get hurt and dad came by shortly after in a new vehicle(indicating they aren't hurting for money), so if you're going to have a learning experience about paying attention, this is a relatively painless one.   No cops showed up so it won't even go on her insurance, dad will probably just fix it.

Yes, rocks are cheap and pretty rugged. I hope the "driver" learned her lesson. It could have as easily been a kid walking his dog, which aren't cheap or rugged.
