Stock question?

Hi all

 

I have an Enfield Jungle Carbine and unfortunately no matter how much I tighten the bolt that holds the stock. The stock still comes loose even though the bolt is tight

 

I don't want to take it to the range and have it come loose while I'm trying to use it

 

 

Any suggestions?

From what it sounds like the stock is loose in the receiver.  Bed the stock using a bedding epoxy because if you shoot it with a loose stock you may split the stock. If you're careful you'll never see it and it won't affect collectability.

Thanks, I was told to get barrel bedding, but I couldn't find it. The bedding epoxy should do it

Barrel bedding is the same thing. JB Weld will work fine with shoe polish used as a release agent.
