Plenty of people on here are willing to help with building if you want to go that route.
I'll probably build my own AR15. It just takes tons of time doing the research for quality parts, and im not sure im patient enough for that crap lol.

I don't know much about the AR 10 but it's pretty similar to the AR 15. If long range accuracy is your goal you'll do fine with a AR 15 in .243. If you want a AR 10 I'd look at 6.5 Creedmore. If build it instead of buying, it's cheaper and will be exactly what you want. Get a quality barrel, good trigger, and good optics, those are the things that matter most. Also get a decent bolt just because you won't want to deal with broken bolts. I'd look at Black Hole Weaponry for my barrel.

Im pretty sure that .243 would be an AR10 caliber, not AR15.  Seeing as how the OAL of a .243 is 2.70X" and the mag well on an AR15 is roughly 2.4"... that would make feeding really really hard.

Also, Black Hole is not exactly what I would call quality, but YMMV.  You can get good quality barrels for not a lot of money from Rainier Arms

There most definitely are AR 15 .243 and although it sounds like you didn't have a good experience with BHW by far the majority of people that buy BHW are very very pleased. On the AR forum I follow I'd say that there are a very good number of BHW barrels sold and the groups that some people are posting are amazing. On the 6.5 Grendel forum there are also many people with very good experiences with the BHW barrel.

I think Rainier Match and Ultra Match are quite good for the money.  I've used them multiple times AR10 builds and they've been fantastic and accurate.  However, if I were building a new AR10 it would be in 6.5c or 6c or 260 Rem--in that order.  Damn, I may have to build one now.

I am not sure the .243 is an AR15.  I'm pretty sure it's an AR10.  If you are going to do .243 do a grendel in AR15 it'll cost just a touch more for ammo but a load less to build.  It's a badass ar15 package, prefer it to my 6.8 all day.  It's basically an AR15 with a bolt and a barrel change.  Plenty of Grendel barrel makers now too.

I though maybe you were referring to .243wssm. :) Personally, every time I have run down these boutique calibers I came to the same conclusion, it just makes more sense to just go large frame ar.

To the OP's original question, I would either look at the secondary market or take a look at Seekins. Seekins is probably the sweet spot of the most rifle for the least money but it is over your budget.

I'm very sorry for the confusion guys, I was too vague, I was talking about the .243 LBC

I do have a 6.5 Grendel but I've been told that the .243 LBC can be a tiny bit more accurate.

I assumes .243 Win

While there is a 243 LBC I think the Grendel is mostly compared to the .264 LBC. Now it often gets compared to 6mmAR, which I have and is awesome, 6mmAR Turbo and a couple other wildcats. My 6mmAR is probably my favorite black rifle. It's built in a mega arms billet side charger set.
