New Jersey Arms Collectors Club Meeting, Sept. 15, 7pm, Kenilworth Veteran's Center

We return to our regularly scheduled monthly meetings with September 15 scheduled at the Veteran's Center in Kenilworth.

Doors open at 7:00pm.
On Display:     Combloc Military Firearms
Presentation:   Swedish Mausers   

 

For those who don't belong to New Jersey Arms Collectors Club the fee is $5. Sandwiches and soft drinks sold at meeting. Directions and more information on the club can be found at www.njacc.info

      Janes Chapel Road, Mansfield, NJ
      From Center of Hackettstown, take ROUTE 46 WEST. Turn Left onto  RUSSLING RD ( (2. Miles from RT 517 by Best’s Fruit Farm).  At end, (1.5 miles), Turn LEFT onto BARKER’S MILL RD (.2 Miles.)  Turn RIGHT onto MT BETHEL RD. (1 Mile), Turn RIGHT onto JANE’S CHAPEL ROAD   Range approx 1 mile on RIGHT
       
      SIGHT-IN:  9:00 am – 10:00 am RIFLES 10-12:30   Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:00pm HANDGUNS 1-3PM
       
      ENTRY FEES*
      NJACC  / Shongum Members: $20.00  
      Non-NJACC Members : $30.00  for Complete Series
      Family/significant others:$60 for two benches and up to 6 for lunch.
      Fee  gives you ten targets. Additional targets $1 each  
      Full Entry Fee includes Lunch in Club House. Haggis and hot dogs ($5.00 Lunch Only)
      *Note:  Price Differential for Non-Members is applicable towards Membership Due if shooter joins NJACC..
       
      PRIZES:  Trophies to Best in Each Class. QUEEN VICTORIA to best female shooter. YOUNG WINSTON to best junior (under 18)
      FIREARMS:  Curios and Relics of the Period.  Repros Acceptable Original Style Stocks and Sights
       
      Most Contests Require 10 Shots in 2 Minutes
      Any Position Including Bench* Unless Otherwise Noted. * Rifles must be fired from shoulder unless excused.

        1.  WATERLOO                                               Smoothbore Flintlock  – Brown Bess  ,25 yards,5 minutes(off hand)           
        2.  CRIMEA WAR                                            Percussion Rifle or Carbine (Enfield .577) -100 Yards,2 minutes
        3.  ZULU WARS                                              Snyder Enfield or Martini Henry – 100  Yds,2 minutes
       
      The following Contests Require 10 Shots, Position Optional   100 Yards
        4.   BOER WAR                                               Any Lee Medford, Martini-Enfield, or Lee Enfield Mark I,M93/95 Mauser  
        5.   FLANDERS FIELD                                    Canadian Ross, SMLE
        6.   HOME GUARD                                          P14 or 1917 Enfield
        7.   MONTE CASINO                                       #4 Enfield
        8.   BURMA                                                     #5 Jungle Carbine
        9.   END OF EMPIRE                                      Indian #2A or #4 in 7.62 NATO or NJ Legal SLR  style(inch "FAL")w/o Trilux
      10.   TRAINER                                                  Any British/Canadian Training Rifle in .22 Rimfire 
      11.   SNIPER                                                     MK IV(T) 7.62 NATO, .303  or Whitworth, Scope Optional(one shot)TriluxSLR
       
      Contests Require 12 Shots, OFF HAND One hand  50 feet
      12.  EMPIRE REVOLVER                                    Any Webley, Colt, or S&W in .455 or .45 Conversion, M1917 S&W or Colt
      13   UNITED KINGDOM 38/200  REVOLVER        Any Webley, Enfield, Colt or S&W in .38/200, .38 S&W or .38 Colt N.P.
      14.  COMMONWEATH AUTO                                Webley ,Colt in .455, Colt 1911, 1911A1, in .45 ACP, Browning HP 9mm
