Buying frenzies during the election season

Recommended Posts

The last Clinton president signed the AWB that was in effect for 10 years.

If there's one part on the AR that you should tuck away, it's a complete bolt carrier group.  Very few can make them, the daily production rate is very low, and the OEM back order time for these from the tooling companies is unreal.

Stripped complete lowers are not a big deal since the 80% and jigs have really improved.

Everyone and their mother is either building bcgs now or has the capability to. Six months ago, OEMs were beating down my inbox trying to get orders to keep their machines running.

*if* the day comes, and I do not believe it will in my lifetime, that the ar type rifle is banned for civilian ownership. What are you going to do with all the money you have tied up in multiples?

You can't sell em....you can't shoot em....then what?

IF that day comes, we hand 'em out to like minded friends who do not have any, spit on our hands, hoist the black flag and begin slitting throats.  IF.  But't that's just me.

In the meantime, I am buying ammo, mags and replacement parts (bolts, BCGs, LPKs etc.)

Well, is it beyond the possibility that to keep Hillary "The Con" Clinton from looking bad at the start of her term (if she is elected), for Obama to rip off an executive order on his way out the door?

I think if he could, he would have by now. The current administration looked really hard at anything they could do via executive order and come to the conclusion that it wouldn't be much.
