shoulder stock legal?

Hello,

I have a WW2 Polish Radom P35 that has a slotted MSH to allow for a removable shoulder stock. A vendor at a show told me this would be legal because gun is over 50 years old and considered a C&R gun.

 

Does anybody know if this would be legal in NJ?

That would be legal under Federal law but AFAIK not NJ.

It does not make it an assault weapon by NJ law. It may be considered a SBR by NJ. There is a exemption in the NFA laws that does not consider the Luger, Broomhandle, FN/Browning Hi power, Radom,and a few others pistols as AOWS or SBRs.

AFAIK, the PRNJ does NOT differentiate for antique or curio and relic guns. The pistol is good to go here but

adding a stock may be problematic at best.

I posted a pic of my broom handle with the holster attached as a stock on here a few years ago. The police have not raided my house yet. Lol. It's still on display with the stock attached right now.
