Small Business Phone/Internet Options?

Saw someone asked about phone service on a recent thread, didn't wanna hijack that. Our family business is in the process of relocating and I was wondering if anyone here has recommendations on who they use for Internet and phone in their office (preferably bundled together). Don't need some massive operation to run an entire office building. We have 6 full time employees with computers, 4 phone lines, and 8-10 actual phones. No major computer needs, just your basic internet, some file sharing, etc. Our new landlord is a couple units down and uses Fios, which is what I have in my apartment and I'm pleased with it.

If you can get FIOS, get it - it's fast and stable.  If you want a voice over IP solution you can use Shoretel or Vonage Business.  I've used both.

i use comcast. when i first bought the shop, verizon was there. was costing me over 400bucks/month for 2 voice lines, and a fax line. couldn't understand the 5 pages of bill. when i called them to find solutions for the overly expensive bill, they were willing to do exactly nothing to help me out.when i'd have trouble with a line, they'd never come out quickl switched to comcast. costs me less than halfof what verizon was charging me. bill easy to read and only 2 pages. when i've had problems(i think only 3 over the 5 years i've had them) , i've never waited more than a couple hours for them to have a service tech out to take care of my stuff. and they do it right the first time. and they're polite on the phone.
