PK90 3,569 Posted November 10, 2016 Proposition 63 passes: California expands on tough gun laws, ammo sales http://www.foxla.com/news/local-news/216479961-story Background checks on ammo purchases? How will they impliment that? Will NJ follow? Sent from an undisclosed location via Tapatalk.
T Bill 649 Posted November 10, 2016 NJ in 2018 will make Commiefornia look like a "free" state! Murphy will sign anything, and the Dems will send him everything they can think of! Backround checks on ammo will fail same as NY, unable to implement. Will not stop, but they will keep passing laws until they choke poor gun owner off, then what will be their excuse for the continuing crime stats? Same as NYC does now, blame other states for their problems. Hell they got checkpoints now at the state border for fruit. What's stopping them from expanding that? No fruit, illegals come on in! Stupidity. I just hope when they go bankrupt the feds say "tough shitzky, figure it our for yourselves". When does the Hollywood crowd leave for Canada?
Howard 538 Posted November 10, 2016 We already have a background check on lots of ammo in New Jermany, you need an FID to buy pistol caliber ammo - THAT is a background check.
Stonecoldchavez 92 Posted November 10, 2016 Coming to the PRNJ in 2018. Same with the Washington State bill that just past. The PRNJ dems sent a similar bill to Christie and he vetoed it. BTW, when did the PRNJ start requiring the FID to purchase pistol ammo? The last time I purchased in the PRNJ you only needed to show your DL. That is ridiculous that you have to show an FID card to purchase ammo. Living right next to PA, where do the homies in Trenton and Camden purchase their ammo in the PRNJ? Perhaps that is valid, but if that is the stance then why even have an FID if it proves nothing?

Old Glock guy 1,125 Posted November 10, 2016 I've heard California rumbling about seceding. Damn, I wish they would just go, and take their communism and 55 electoral votes with them!

noylj 5 Posted November 14, 2016 Who's doing all the shooting? Gangs. Where do they make their money? Drugs How do they get drugs? Brought in to US illegally or made in illegal "labs." How do they get guns? Brought in to US illegally or stolen (reportedly often from police and military armories) So, what will this law do to stop the shootings? Absolutely NOTHING, as you aren't affecting the criminals and their access to weapons or ammunition. However, the planned failure (just like the planned failure of all Liberal actions) will be followed by calls for more such laws and more money. succeed: achieve the desired aim or result secede: withdraw formally from membership in a federal union, an alliance, or a political or religious organization
