.357 6 inch Stainless - laser under warranty?

Need your opinions. I am selling a Taurus .357 Magnum stainless 6 inch revolver. Pristine condition, basically new - safe queen - 100 rounds through it. Plastic case, manuals, chargers, laser/laser mount included. Can't get the laser to work. Model 669VSS6L.

In your opinion, will Taurus diagnose the issue and if needed, repair it under their lifetime warranty?
