Wow! Why? What happened?

Because he's been spewing the same BS for years, but has yet to actually do anything to help NJ gun owners. However, he was successful in suing New Hampshire over their carry laws?!?!

BTW, does SB even reside in NJ?

I'm still waiting for him to say its ok to apply for NH non res permits.  When the suit was settled he said everybody should wait for NH to get everything changed before anyone applies.   OOPS I forgot, Everybody's already getting them.

I don't understand why people in the NJ gun community keep celebrating this NH carry lawsuit victory. It does nothing to help the law abiding gun owners of NJ to protect themselves in their home state. The money, time, and resources used to fight NH would have been better used if they were allocated to suing NJ.

I agree it doesn't help us directly in NJ by it is the easiest way to be able to carry in PA.

I think going to another State just to carry a gun is ridiculous. I don't need to carry a gun when I go to Dorney park, or outdoor furniture shopping in Amish-ville. I don't need to carry a gun on vacation at Disney, or tarpon fishing in Islamorada. I don't need to carry a gun when I visit the grand canyon. I don't need to carry a gun when I go sking in Vermont. I do, however, need to carry a gun on my everyday travels in my home State of NJ. When I go to the Short Hills mall, when I go for Portuguese food down Neck, and when I travel back and forth to work in different areas between NY and NJ.

The fact of the matter is, I spend maybe 20 days a year outside of NJ, the other 345 are inside the borders of NJ. Odds are, I will need that gun in NJ.

Anybody who thinks this was somehow a victory for NJ gun owners is completely brainwashed by Bach and Company.

Just the reverse for me. We spent just short of 5 monthes traveling last year. 95% is in free states that my Utah and NH permits work for me. NH covers PA.    Now on the other hand, Your thought of going to A State just to carry, I agree with you. Prime example, When I make A cabelas run, Unless I am spending the day across the bridge, I do not holster up in order to be in DE. for 45 Mins.  Those that would I say more power to you.

As far as Bach goes, He did what he did with others money which is fine if he had the way to do it.  I was referring to his written Statement basically telling NJ Residents not to apply till NH had forms in order, Hell we would still be waiting to apply, the last time I printed one out for A friend which was just before Xmas.

(emphasis added)

Looking back over prior years' 2A battles, SB has been involved. It's not his fault that our (NJ) legislature is stacked with pearl-clutching gun control advocates.

the guy is in trenton at every hearing a bill put up for vote, along with the nra rep. heavily stacked against them, they are talking to brick walls

I guarantee majority of the people complaining that nra and anjrpc dont do enough, most likely don't do much themselves. Not singleing anyone out but just saying

How 'bout the complainers help push the 2A bus down the road instead of bitchin'.  Had enough of the the 'when is somebody going to do something for me' crap. Join the fight or STFU.

You never need anything, till you need it.  S$it happens anywhere and everywhere.  Here's an analogy, "When I drive in PA, VT, or FL, i don't need a spare tire, the roads are better there. But, if I'm driving in NYC I do, the roads are worse there.  Please.
