AK Mag Carrier

I am looking for a Kydex belt mounted mag pouch for a single AK mag - left side, bullets pointed to the rear - and a chest rig to carry 3 or 4 AK mags.

 

Who makes good gear and what do you guys use that works for you?

Will an ak mag fit in the blue force gear mag shingles? I got the triple to attach on front of a kangaroo pouch ti hold miscellaneous things or extra mags

Yeah, I have a 10 speed chest rig. Great gear. Unfortunately, the lug on the AK mag does not play well with the elastic.

HE have you checked out hsgi taco mag carriers? Those seem like they would snag the least on AK mags

A friend has one of these and he's had no complaints - he mentioned that you just need to be careful to select the proper magazine type when you order (Magpul, Circle 10, etc.)

 

It also looks like it hits everything on your "want list" (kydex, left side, and a "coke can" grip (bullets facing aft))
