Need barrel throat lengthened

Like the title says, need my 9mm throat lengthened to allow for a longer COAL. Don't have a problem doing it myself, but would rather not spend the $$$ for a reamer.

 

Any gunsmiths in the west Morris/Warren county areas that would do this? Otherwise, I have to just ship it out to one. RTSP maybe?
