A.R.M.S #19LD ACOG Mount

The QD levers on my A.R.M.S. #19 LD mount are extremely tight. I can get them closed but need to use a tool to pry them open. Nothing "Quick" about it.

 

I googled the web and searched the manufacture website for instructions on how to adjust these but nothing is available... There are thru pins that can be punched out to remove the levers but would not be an easy task and even then not sure it it is the correct way to adjust.

 

Are these perhaps preset at factory and not adjustable?

Called A.R.M.S today.. they had me test on three other rifles.. All with similar issues. Is has to go back to them to get adjusted.. They are factory preset...
