I think your point begs the question:

1. Is a flamethrower a firearm under federal law?

2.Is a flamethrower a firearm under NFA?

3. These are being sold at gun shows all over Fl

You can order them online sooooo I'd say no to all. Seriously I'm buying the xm42 once I move (not any time soon)
