Wondering if there is a well reasoned writeup somewhere describing how existing NJ Firearm Laws work against minority, poor, women and disadvantaged.

What you seek is located in the archives of ANJRPC newsletter, "News & Briefs".  Contact them directly for permission to use it in print or other media.

CNJFO has also lectured about this topic, and it also comes up at every one of Tony Simon's "The 2nd is for Everyone:  Diversity Shoot".  The next Diversity Shoot is scheduled for April 6th at Gun For Hire in Woodland Park, NJ.

What project are you working on that requires this in written form?  Perhaps we should chat on the phone to pool resources?
