Of course I have work travel that weekend. Sigh.

Sorry Nick.  We had to take the date they gave us cause they book some dates almost a year in advance!  See you at the next one!

You can do it with any action shotgun.  Targets are thrown at your command (choice).  Two targets at each station.  Sometimes repeated at the station.  So two targets each with its own presentation, single- you call for it to be thrown each time, report pair- you call for the first target, second is released upon sound of gunshot from first, or true pair- both released at same time when called.  I love true pairs, very challenging.

Well I guess I can't bring the Bt-99...

Jer,

If someone registered their 12 yr old and said 12 yr old used a single-barrel break-action shotgun (like an H&R Topper youth model) they could shoot the entire course, albeit a tad S L O W E R because they'd need to reload after every ignition.  So you could bring your new-to-you Browning BT-99 and merely direct your Squad Partners to throw you only ONE clay at a time.  Each Station has electronic controllers set to MANUAL, so the pairs that T-Bill mentioned above can be split so as to enable you to reload and shoot the 2nd clay of the pair.  There also exists the opportunity to try (borrow) other Squad member's scatterguns to see what your next purchase might be :) .   Lehigh also rents Beretta O/U 12 ga's for $10-$20 (but you must buy their shells to run THEIR gun).

Everyone there is there for the fun and camaraderie, and to help us in our fight for NJ Gun Rights.  We'd love to have you attend with your BT-99.  Some of us bring more than one scattergun so we can LOAN them to other Patriots supporting CNJFO.
