My money is going to whomever presents the best plan to sue and win, and initiates the plan. Then, and only then, will they get my money. I have about 20 years of NRA dues not paid that I'd be willing donate but they have to actually do it, not just talk about doing it. Show me what ya got and I'll show you the money.

Complaints can be lodged anonymously if you choose to. If I were you, * Request the PD put their policy in writing. If the list of prescribed forms is on their website, PRINT the website page, highlight the illegal portion. Be sure to highlight any words that "imposes" such as "must", "should" etc. * Print / Make Copy of the relevant NJ statue and AG Directive if any * Hand deliver two copies of the relevant NJ statue and AD directive if any. Note down date & time of delivery. Then, * Think through cover letter, spend some time on it. Make it professional looking, serious but do not hold back. * Be clear in how the practice in question violates NJ law and your individual rights * Decide if you want to file anonymously or not. * Note down names of PD contacts, who you spoke to, when etc. Include name and designation in to the cover letter / complaint * At the end of cover letter / complaint, indicate who else got a copy of this complaint (see below) 1. Original to County IA 2. Copy to NJ AG 3. Copy to NJ Gov Office 4. Copy to PD Chief 5. Copy to Mayor

None of these "reality shows" are legit. All scripted, all staged, all casted. Pass

The time for squabbling between the 2A groups in our state is over! I for one, as a member of both NJCFO and NJ2AS I call on Alexader Roubian to apologize for any past discrepancies and unite with our 2A community for the common goal we all share! Alex, I was there with you on Sweeney's sidewalk, Carol deserved our support. The time has come for us to work TOGETHER with ANJRPC, NJCFO, NRA, SAW and all the other groups for our common goal. If you choose to act as a lone wolf in this cause, NJ2AS will be no more. Come together as one now or fade into obscurity! The choice is yours! As a member from the start with Frank, I vote we come together no matter the cost in pride! Otherwise, NJ2AS will become a Memory of a great cause gone bad!

^^^^^THIS^^^^^ Now back in the last century, my Mom put my Dad's things on the dining room table & split them evenly among us three kids. That's how I wound-up with a Ruger Super Blackhawk .357 Sixgun & lots of other "stuff". No papers, just tears & hugs...

A few years ago I got my wife a pair of yaktraks so she doesn't slip and fall when she shovels the driveway. She's due to get a new snow shovel this year and a snobrum so she can clean the cars too.

I think you'd get a much better response if you change the title of this thread to "PLEASE HELP MY SON HUNT PHEASANT". See what happens & who responds. Don't concentrate on the expectation of hunting in your own backyard (desired place), and instead travel to where the dog(s) will be with their trainer/owners. Don't let a tank of gas cause your boy to be disenchanted with bird hunting. Instead embrace the ride as a chance to put the phone down & bond. Places like Bent Creek & Gibersons in Pemberton love to work with kids. You may want to make a few inquires to see if they have any customers willing to help you. There are mentors in more places than you realize Rosey

Not legal in N.J.. but legal in PA legal to own here, jus not complete here. And there is “ defaced firearm “ issue.( sooo I prolly put a serial number on it)

In all fairness to LEO's, I'm pretty sure they're obligated not to turn a blind eye to crimes committed in their presence even when they're off duty. I would expect them to "dime me out" if I snorted a line of coke in front of them too.

Sig for its ability to morph into frames, etc. The ability to move the serialized trigger group to different configurations is the handgun of the future.

Its just comical watching and reading this. With the way media portrays and people respond, its a surprise we can even keep "GUNZ" in this state. Lot of us talk sh*t about "cold dead hands", "not comply" but are too quick to judge on a fellow man who did not commit a crime. What he did is lawful under 2A, lawful in majority of states. Since he doesn't have any criminal record, didnt rob or kill anyone, dont know anyone who robbed, raped or killed anyone, has nothing to bargain, NJ will stick it to him big time. If he killed another person in aggression or caused another people to be killed in aggression, then we can talk. ----------------- http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2017/11/15/russell-watt-weapons-arrest/ Watt does not have a criminal record or a military background, he said his gun making skills were self taught.

We don't need any more "stuff" to move. Gonna blow this clam stand when the SO's job most likely leaves the NJ trap also. 2 birthdays, Christmas-anniversary- Valentines get rolled together into a caribean vacation for the last 10 yrs. Bonus? NO $#@++!&* shopping.

May sound silly to us, but the fact of the matter is it IS a crime if he was doing other illegal shit and it wasn't one of the typical exempt locations.

Get her one of those backpack vacuum cleaners instead. They are really easy to carry around and she can amuse herself while vacuum by pretending she's climbing the Himalayas.

Yes and the prosecutor then has to do an investigation. That in itself can convince the pd to change their ways.

By your answer it seems you either still don't get it or just didn't listen. He was more NJ pro 2A rights from PA then most who live in this state. One day if your lucky enough to have people remember you when you pass on a forum hopefully there wont be people like you who will talk smack and disrespect your memory.

Not really fair Ray. He pushed guys here to fight and offered to go to Trenton with them to meet with their reps. He left jersey a long time ago and I don't blame him. He still cared and tried to motivate people on this forum to fight.

Howard this is an excellent point! Anthony Colandro brought up this exact point when he testified at Charles "Big Booty" Mainor's Assembly Law & Public Safety Committee meeting the same day as 9 year old Shyanne Roberts. He told them he has over 100 guns to rent. They all take standard capacity mags. "Who is going to reimburse me for money I spent for legal property in a valid & taxed business venture" (I'm paraphrasing here from YEARS ago)??
  48. 1 point
Perhaps a local dealer who has a vested interest in selling you all new mags is not a reliable source of information.

You said "The only issue appellate judges rule on is the issue brought forth in the appeal. ". Was the issue of possession outside home or its "manifestly appropriate" manner outside raised infront of court ? If anything, from the original case, it was undisputed that the person stayed within his apartment area and did not step outside the boundary. On the other hand, I hope that comment helps next victim of NJ anti-2A system if someone were to get screwed for opening their door with handgun or HP ammo.
