5 pointsSome of you people deserve to stay in the great state of nj. Bend over and take it. Hey Ray Ray, come to the land of the free. You can use my crib as a base to look for a home.

2 pointsIt's not supposed to control guns, it's supposed to control people. We should call it people control. Then try to have the pol's talk about common sense people control and unmask their real agenda.
-
2 pointsNot exercising your 2A rights because of what "might" happen later on is ridiculous.
-
2 pointsAnd for the money, I REALLY like the Magpul fixed MOE stock... Here it is, fully NJ Kosher. 16" WOA barrel and Kaw 3 Gun brake pinned by @remixer

1 pointJerry Miculek is a world champion shooter with a great sense of humor. This guy apparently became bored of being awesome with firearms, so he designed a tactical staple gun and tests it on the range. It was awesome and funny.

1 pointHave you removed the adjustment lever.. The pin might be under there somewhere

1 pointlook at all these people helping this guy to make an assault rifle

1 pointMost companies that sell a NJ compliant version don't offer a LOP option (S&W for example). If you order a rifle that they are building for you (1 off) as opposed to an off the self model, then you can get them to pin it where you want it (most of the time). As Steve pointed out, the S&W compliant guns don't have the indents for the lock to seat, so that buffer tube is useless if you were to get the stock off. In most cases, NJ compliant models have a commercial buffer tube; and if you are buying a new stock and it's Mil-Spec there would be no sense messing with it anyway. I would just torch it off and crazy Glue on another and move on................... lol

1 pointExactly. I’ve always resented the term “gun control”. These laws do not control the guns that frighten and purposely kill people. These are “gun restriction” laws. The other guns remain out of control and unrestricted. But we all already know that.

1 pointThere is no evidence.... "Feelings" are not Evidence. if CA loses they can bring to the next step which is the SC... they wont do that. If CA Wins the people can bring it to the SC.

1 pointI don’t think it’s unusual for judges to stay their own ruling while it goes through appeal. It’s done fairly often from what I can tell. It allows the judge to craft the order on their own terms and makes sure that’s a factor in the appeal.

1 pointIts one of those Great cases that in the end might mean nothing for anyone outside of that courts jurisdiction. If the 9th circuit agree with this being unconstitutional it will end there... California will not challenge that ruling and it will never goto the supreme court.. The left has gotten smart and realized they may lose in a certain court but its better to lose locally then challenge it nationally and risk losing and making it law of the land every where.

1 pointSome places blind pin into the buffer on the adjustment rail. Worth looking for something there.
-
1 pointThat is sick. Nice job! I don't think it’s legal for those of us stuck in NJ to even look at something like that. (Deleting browser history...)

1 pointThat was a Federal case. Not the same as a state law limiting magazine capacity. A subpeona from a state court in CA is really only good in CA.

1 pointWhy not just get some kydex and make a sheath. Check out some videos online. That would probably come out better than PVC.
-
1 pointThat would only work for vendors in CA. A subpoena from a CA is really only good in CA.
-
1 pointSpending money needlessly in the face of an assured 9th circuit reversal is what is ridiculous. You think that they'll run out if the 9th circuit doesn't reverse it? Adios, Pizza Bob

1 pointHotness. When I move out of here, my first rifle will be built like this + a suppressor. Basically put as much anti-NJ as I can in a single rifle haha.

1 pointThis thread has turned into the "Do YOU transport loaded mags" thread of 2019! IANAL. That being said...remember that Lawyers are paid to keep you out of jail, NOT tell you what the law says. There's a HUGE difference. Staying out of jail, in the extreme sense, means we each tuck our tail between our legs and walk around with a guilty look on our collective kissers. Downtrodden, BEAT, on the DEFENSE at all times. Transporting according to FOPA Rules while still inside NJ. Do most of you know the difference? Can you type it w/o looking it up? I Doubt it. Doing it lawfully and doing it "Candy-Ass style" are completely different. Lawyers always give advice on the extreme side of surrendering your 2A rights. That way no one can point fingers and say "He told me xyz about transportation" under cross examination. They always take the safe play. And you lose rights that way! I choose to push the envelope. A "secure package" is brown craft paper & bakery string. On your front seat. Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr locked in the trunk of an automobile, completely naked, no case, holster or box or other impediment of access of any type or kind, and then merely tossed into the trunk to get scratched by the other 199 naked, UNLOADED firearms contained therein My 12th grade edumacation taught my punctuation and its' MEANING. If the next wiz-bang lawyer tells you to remove your firing pins or field strip prior to transporting, are you Richard Craniums going to comply & say "YES SIR, MORE PLEASE!" Just askin' for a friend... ~R

1 pointThe scene where he walks into the store and walks out with all those classic firearms was sweet. Movie itself was just okay. Enjoyable but nothing special. I wonder how accurate it was historically versus how much was embellished. If I had to guess I would say it was probably pretty accurate as it wasn't over glamorized.

1 pointI didn't realize this was a "summary judgment". There wasn't even a full trial. Basically the judge said to the State of CA "Are you fucking kidding with this shit?" A Bush Appointee none the less.

1 pointIt simply depends on the cost of failure. If having to switch to irons at the range or go home early is the consequence, then most will be able to live with it. If the consequences are a blown match that cost you a couple grand to participate in, or a hunting trip to africa, then it may be prudent to buy better. If your life is on the line, then its self evident.
