No. But you do need to be a resident, as in a home that you own, do not rent out, and periodically live in. Your tax and utility bills serve as proof of residency. The Henry in .45/70 is an awesome rifle. If I didn't already have one, this one would be mine. Full house factory loads are like firing a 12ga slug gun, but if you load down (like a 405 over 11gr of Unique with a wad to keep to powder on the flash hole) it's an all day pleasure to shoot!

On my initial FID about 10 years ago, the gap between the date of the chief's signature and the time I was told the FID was ready was approx. 80 days. I'd have gladly settled for 5 lol

I think she also just learned how much the Liberal media has been lying to her and the country about "easy" purchase of guns.
