3 pointsThe issue that needs to be settled. Constitutional rights transcend state borders. These are American citizens rights.

2 pointsWhat if the NJ resident has a second or 15th house in Fla? Or somewheres else in FREE AMERIKKA? I've been tellin' you people that land owners have more gun rights...here's another blatant example^^^!!! Buying anything NJ "illegal" has always been on the Jersey resident. Suing out-of-state enterprises for shipping goods goes against the commerce clause of our Constitution. When B&H Photo caved & sent sales records of NJ residents that had camera equipment shipped to Jersey to avoid Jersey sales & use tax, they did so under Jersey law. The BUYER was held responsible for the sales tax (sometimes in the thousands)! If I had a Florida bidness I wouldn't even answer the suit on Constitutional grounds! ~R

2 pointsThe state is assuming that a "good guy" bought 30 rounders. And if the state finds that this is the case, they will make someone's life hell. Because, as we all know, a 30 round magazine makes people kill, and a 10 rounder keeps everyone calm and happy. But what if it turns out some felon, gang member, jihadist, terrorist, etc. bought a 30? Will the state even do anything about this, or just try to sign them up for a driver's license?

1 pointInner Peace Calmness in our lives I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr. Phil proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started and never finished." So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a bottle of Kahlua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how freaking good I feel. Please pass this on to those you feel might be in need of inner peace.

1 pointAfter pulling his nose out of Bucky's backside, Gerbil Greaseball is pretending that the Uniform Commercial Code doesn't exist and that the buyer didn't take title FOB point of sale in Florida.
-
1 pointif they're willing to buck the law this way, then i'd presume they'll be fine with all of us printing and authorizing our own carry permits?

1 pointshould be buying as little as possible online anyway. face to face pay cash.
-
1 pointThis. Does the NJ AG have any jurisdiction over a Florida company at all? Isn't it on the NJ resident who is ordering items to ensure they're legal in NJ?
-
1 pointThis is so they can say that nj residents are still able to gain access to these evil items via online sales. Thus rolling out the complete ban of ordering ammo gun parts from online retailers.

1 pointNomination for new NRA spokesperson :-): They really are standing-up down there.

1 pointWell, it's law. Governor gopher signed it into law today. Here is one point that jumps out: ....."“Today, is a simple recognition that our immigrant communities, each of you are a vital part of our state and our economy," Murphy said. “We should acknowledge that many immigrant residents are already behind the wheel, and on our roads going to work and school or simply to the grocery store....you haven’t been asking for special treatment, you have been asking us to acknowledge your reality." First thing, Phil... They are not immigrants, they are ILLEGAL immigrants (felons)... there's a difference! Second, it's against the law for a business to hire an illegal immigrant, so which job are they driving to Phil? Idiots!!!!!!! https://www.app.com/story/news/new-jersey/2019/12/19/gov-murphy-signs-bill-allow-licenses-undocumented-immigrants/2687398001/

1 pointOne could only hope. Maybe if we voted people into office that cared about American Citizens. But, since the next step is illegals voting, that's even less likely to happen than now. The only hope for NJ is if the Feds step in.
-
1 pointNo, they're building a list of sanctuary areas and people that Gov. bucktooth will protect. Please catch up.

1 pointI’m going to start calling you “The Seagull” because you fly in, squawk at everyone, shit on everything, then leave.
-
1 point... and therein lies the problem. The state should not be doing anything to coddle to anyone here illegally, they are breaking the law!
-
1 pointIt’s laughable to think that these illegals will be buying car insurance. They’ll get a license, whenever they are able to get one... then drive some pos car. Now.... not only are you, me, your family and friends vulnerable to criminal acts by the low life’s among the illegals..... you can get run over, or T-Boned by one too on a Saturday night after the bottle runs dry. Say hello to more people’s kids getting killed and higher insurance rates. @AVB-AMG mentioned above that there are problems that this bill passage attempts to solve. This solves exactly zero problems. These DLs will do nothing regarding identifying any of them. They can’t even come close to proving who they are. The purpose of this bill is one thing and one thing only. Illegals voting in NJ elections. That’s it. There is no other reason.
