You should be ashamed of yourself. Clearly conditioned thinking that escaped NJ... Their and their family's safety is no more important than mine and my family's, and more importantly, they don't have special privileges over others, especially with a guaranteed right that is being obstructed by an overzealous and tyrannically motivated State (and in which heaven forbid they didn't abuse some of the power granted to them, as well). Neither current cops on duty nor current off-duty cops nor retired law enforcement should have (or support the dualistic) privilege over the people they work/worked for. They shouldn't get special privileges, especially to defend Statist Politicians, and especially if those Politicians, with the corrupt and fake media as cover, are going to disenfranchise the people of their natural right to self defense. They didn't earn shit, and they chose that profession. They got paid for it and earned an ambitious pension at the burden of the tax payers, their employers, for their service while those they work for and are suppose to protect largely don't have that safety net. And I presume many will move out of state and spend their money elsewhere and enjoy freedoms that this corrupt and egregious bankrupt state won't allow. Rethink your stance.

The right to bear arms is a right, not a privilege. It's not something that can be "earned". Can you show me in the Constitution or BoR where it says carrying arms is a privilege to be earned? I have a great amount of respect for cops, but this is this, and that is that.

If she makes that argument, she is correct. That is a picture of Pork Roll made by the Case brand, as opposed to the Taylor or Trenton brand. Taylor Pork Roll is absolutely, 100%, without a doubt, a correct reference. Its use should be encouraged, and that is exactly what you should ask for if you prefer the Taylor brand of Pork Roll. If you want another brand you should ask for it as well. If you don’t care about the brand, than you just say Pork Roll. “Taylor Ham” is a fabrication of the delusional mind. I wonder if people that prefer the Case or Trenton brands ask for it by requesting Case Ham or Trenton Ham?

lol, NJ always carves out exceptions for cops. They will rewrite the law, just for them.

It's not going to do anything for the average NJ Joe. It will only further confirm how privileged an special they really are.

I just walked out of the local pawn shop near my office with a Desert Eagle in .357 Magnum. The owner is 80 years old getting ready to retire. I stop in occasionally to see what they have. Today they had the Desert Eagle in the display case for $799. The owner told me that it was his personal gun he has had for many years and he would make me a good deal. I asked him how much and he said $600. I said I would take it and we started the paperwork. I have gotten a few good deals from this place in the past, but I think this was a really good deal. Here it is:

I skimmed the pdf quoted above. I found it to be good reading and they pointed out the many points that have been discussed. Including Murphy's comment of wanting fewer guns in society.

We posted THIS on our Facebook page less than 1/2 hour after ANJRPC released it! We're both newsBREAKERS & newsMAKERS: BREAKING! ANJRPC FILES FEDERAL SUIT TO OPEN OUTDOOR RANGES! 2ND AMENDMENT INCLUDES MAINTAINING PROFICIENCY! by Black Wire Media Tues. May 12, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us FINALLY! The wheels turned and the squeak from NRA members statewide demanded a response. ANJRPC is once again suing the Murphy administration for blatant discrimination as leaving outdoor recreation areas open but keeping shooting ranges closed is a clear violation of both the letter & the intent of the 2nd Amendment. "Well Regulated Militia" means not only having the arms through ownership, but also PRACTICING TO SUCCESSFUL PROFICIENCY! Any Jurist that's an originalist would rule this way. A SLAM-DUNK! Full text in link & also on www.anjrpc.org website! ANJRPC SUES NJ TO REOPEN OUTDOOR RANGES! ANJRPC Prepared to Go to U.S. Supreme Court Murphy Admits 2A Shutdown is not about Coronavirus May 12, 2020. Today, ANJRPC filed a federal lawsuit to force the State of New Jersey to reopen outdoor ranges, which have been shut down since a March 21 executive order by Governor Murphy. Now that Murphy has allowed the reopening of parks, golf courses, and tennis courts – outdoor facilities that are purely recreational and do not facilitate any Constitutionally protected activity – he can no longer pretend to have any legal argument for blocking the Second Amendment right of citizens to build and maintain firearms proficiency at outdoor ranges. A copy of the complaint in the lawsuit can be viewed by clicking here: https://cdn.ymaws.com/…/legal_motio…/filed_complaint__dr.pdf Gov. Murphy’s March 21 executive order shut down all ranges and gun stores, supposedly due to concerns over the Coronavirus pandemic. ANJRPC thereafter immediately sued to reopen gun stores and Murphy backed down on that issue before a court could force his hand. But ranges remained shuttered, and ANJRPC exercised extreme self-restraint and waited for the right moment to bring a range case – and that moment has now arrived as Murphy has reopened non-essential outdoor activities that are not constitutionally protected. ANJRPC also plans to sue regarding indoor ranges, but only after a similar period of disciplined waiting for the right conditions where legal odds are enhanced. Bringing an indoor range claim at the wrong time could have disastrous consequences under the current pandemic conditions. ANJRPC is prepared to take this new case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary. The Second Amendment was designed precisely for the kind of emergency America now faces, to ensure that law-abiding citizens would be able not only to own firearms, but to train with them to develop and maintain proficiency to provide for their own safety if necessary. The idea that a single public official can simply turn gun rights off is absurd on its face. What’s more, Governor Murphy’s overt hatred for the Second Amendment is laid bare in his executive order, which ironically declares that non-vital retailers like liquor stores, marijuana dispensaries, and cell phone stores are “essential” and therefore can stay open, while ranges are not “essential” and must close. Governor Murphy has even admitted that his assault on the Second Amendment was motivated by his hatred of guns, not by safety concerns about Coronavirus. When recently asked by a reporter why he didn’t deem Second Amendment facilities to be “essential,” he stated “a safer society for my taste has fewer guns and not more guns.” He said nothing about Coronavirus, which is apparently just his pretext for shutting down the Second Amendment. Please watch for further updates on this developing new case. The people at large run the risk of running into those "baddies" law enforcement put way after they have been released from jail as well. I personally know several citizens not affiliated with law enforcement that this is happened to. Perhaps conscientious civilians should voluntarily and morally defend these cops and retired cops even though those with a badge have no legal duty to protect the citizens (but often do). Freedom and the right to carry... It will never happen with this kind of conditioning and duality, and with those that continue to give up their freedoms on the pretense of safety and security and a warped view of equality at the behest of the elite.

So I should still have my M-60 (and the gunship) too right? I put my life on the line and earned it, too! The big difference is they were very well compensated and have nice Phat pensions from that job too! I don't.

has the governor mentioned anything about a reduction in property taxes due to the schools being closed. The savings must be astronomical on busing alone. I would estimate most property owners should see a savings of 30 to 40% . I have not heard a peep about this.

The CDC can't even get its story straight. They miighht help, maybe but more research needs to be done, of course. I don't know how many times I have seen that in government reports, and written it myself when working for an FFRDC. Typical Government gobbledeygook that can be twisted to whatever the reader wants. Agreed! How many times have the uninformed asked for Taylor Ham, and actually gotten Case, or another Brand? Only thing fore sure is they got Pork Roll

Yep. No concrete scientific evidence. Doctor X says wear them, Doctor Y says don't, Doctor Z says "don't wear them, um wait now you should wear them". Then you have all the people wearing masks the wrong way or wearing the wrong kind of mask. All of the restaurants and stores in a frenzy wiping everything down. Politicians and MSM doing their best to strike fear into the heart of every American. False sense of security ... and we're trashing our rights, our freedoms, and our economy because of it.

$370. But it does include the Talon safety selector, takedown pins and all bolt catch and mag release hardware so... not the worst price I've seen for a billet lower. Love their charging handles, have them on all my rifles.

Got home tonight and shot 9 rds of Georgia Arms 158gr Speer Bonded HP +P ammo and 9 rds of 125g JHP. The 158gr ammo was awesome with a nice fireball. The 125gr felt like 38 spl. The gun is very accurate and smooth. I am really going to like this.

Police file lawsuit against New Jersey for violating concealed carry rights: ‘Can’t ignore federal laws.’ Posted by: Leah Anaya|May 12, 2020 |Categories Equipment & Technology, Featured, Homeland Security, Law and Legal, Must Reads, News, Press Releases Share: TRENTON, NJ – Monday, the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) in conjunction with the New Jersey State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police (NJFOP) filed a lawsuit against the State of New Jersey for a violation of the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA). That’s a lot of acronyms in one sentence, but stay with me. The lawsuit specifically names Gurbir Grewal, NJ State Attorney General, and Patrick Callahan, Superintendent of NJ State Police. If you’re not familiar with LEOSA, it’s an act passed by Congress in 2004 that said qualified active and retired law enforcement officers were allowed under federal law to carry concealed authorized firearms throughout the United States. The act was expanded twice in 2010 and 2013, indicating continued support for the act in Congress. The State of New Jersey, FLEOA and NJFOP state, has “chosen to consistently neglect this important public safety federal law.” https://www.lawenforcementtoday.com/nj-unions-file-lawsuit-against-the-state-for-violation-of-leosa-act/?fbclid=IwAR11CUEEMIMPPtSrC_Kb1txNBfuCNUYriGyRLOk9F_uY2a8NPVaU860WgQ0 Now these "special citizens" aren't anymore! Boo Hoo Screw you, you are just a citizen, now.

Mortgage defaults are rising quite a bit, for obvious reasons. Many roll the town taxes into escrow, so if no monthly payment is forthcoming, the quarterly tax bill falls short. And if 75% of property tax is meant for the school, uh oh.

Do you know who's expenses are still the same too? That poor bastard who's job got went by order of the government and can't sign up for unemployment benefits because the OS is from the 80's. That's who. When we were told we were all in the same boat I didn't realize some of us would be riding in a leaky sloop. Or I misunderstood what they meant by "we". They actually meant "you"

    1) There are certain members here who are mouth frothingly screamy about the fascism of wearing masks. Just browse more. 2) If dipshits can't wear a mask properly, the problem isn't with the mask. 3) not sure where you are going with the rest of it, but in the end people seem to have a hard time processing the notion that the options aren't "safe" and "unsafe" we will be forced to pick between bad and worse on a lot of vectors with this one.

posting this again? The answer is the same as last time this was posted almost verbatim. There's likely not savings in busing unless the town owns and operates the buses as they have to pay out their contracts. There's no lunches, but both buses and lunch budget are going into the continuation of nutrition efforts. So no savings there and possibly increased expenses. They still have to pay the teachers, pay benefits, pay payroll taxes, etc. You might save some on HVAC, but it's the time of year that usually requires the least heating and cooling. You are probably also getting whacked with police OT as those who are not out sick are covering other shifts. And you will see the state and counties try to push fiscal burdens to the municipalities because property taxes are a "consistent and reliable" source of revenue.
