Not the upcoming one. The 1861 to 1865 war between the states. I found this video showing the daily occupation areas. Thought I'd share it.

I have the 365 and Glocks also. The trigger is different, it is a thud instead of a click. It will never be like the Glock trigger no matter what you do. If you can't live with it, get a 43. Same trigger as your 19. Glock triggers are the same across the line. That's the one great thing about Glocks. I personally would leave the 365's trigger factory, for reliability, based on it's intended purpose.

I was at tech ops too! Paid for my two lowers for $150 also. NICS should take about two days to get done so excited to get them soon! Lia is great to deal with also.

I could think of a lot nicer thing to buy with 7500 then a Glock

Picked up my two NJGF psa lowers at TechOps at Phillipsburg. Was around $150~ including Nics. Lia is great. TechOps is the official distributor of Troy in NJ.

I wouldn't even change the grips. It took 70yrs to look like that. I would leave it alone.

Hey guys not sure if this is the place to ask about of questions that have probably been asked but couldn't anything using the forum search. There is this gun fair in PA coming this weekend I was thinking on going with the family for the shows and funs but in case and just in case I get to find the rifle I have been looking for s&w15-22, I want to know what are my options to buy it, will it need to be sent to an FFL from the store? I know there is no nics on long guns in PA, but can I buy it and bring it to NJ by myself or ffl is required?

More people check email than read here... it was also fairly limited and time sensitive as there was a small allocation of lowers available from PSA. Easiest and fastest thing to do was to send out an email, with auto replies and a form going to fill out a spreadsheet. And because this was a really big hook up from PSA and the three vendors, priority was put on those who opted in to receive email messages. When we did lowers last time, it was 4 or 5 pages of people arguing and quite simply there was not enough time for that. If you have a preferred dealer, and you want some, let me know and will ask the dealers if they would honor the reserved pricing... In either case, the prices for these should still be lower than the original lowers we did in 2010 IIRC. =) Which was $125 IIRC.

I just noticed in your account that settings there is an email option under notifications. But I wonder why not just create a thread like we did in the past.

The amount of grossness that came off of those grips when I took them off to clean them, and the amount of grossness that is still in them....yeah...that's a negative LOL! I really do like the walnut grips I bought.

Wait - collecting Glocks is a "thing"? Like "I collect ugly Tupperware guns"? This is like people who collect garden gnomes. Collect Berettas - you'll be happier. And sexier.

Incorrect. PA is a POC (Point of Contact) state just like NJ. NICS (called PICS in PA) is handled by the PASP, not directly with the federal (FBI) system. That is not to say that they are as backed up as the NJ system, but you may not get the instantaneous check afforded by the direct federal system. Check with the dealer before you part with your cash or you may be making a second long trip to PA. Adios, Pizza Bob

I agree with this. I have found Federal Flight Control 12GA seems to leak buffer material after staying in a loaded tube for a long time. This is probably due to the fact that the other shells I use in my HD guns don't have any shot buffer in the shell. I haven't had an any feeding issues but there is definitely some stress on the shells.

For clarity, you can purchase a handgun out of state, it just needs to be shipped to a NJ FFL before you can take possession. The NJ FFL will also run the NICS before he transfers it to you. This is effectively what you are doing when you purchase a handgun online.

Dunno, don't have any direct experience with shotgun magazines. Depends how "squishy" your shotshells are, I guess. Did find this discussion from elsewhere though: https://www.vepr.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=5870

It's legal to purchase a *LONG GUN* (not handguns) out of state. The transfer will have to be *FROM AN FFL* (not a private seller) and will have to adhere to legal requirements of both the state the transfer is taking place in (PA) and the transferee's home state (NJ). Just because it's legal doesn't mean each and every FFL at the PA show is obligated to do a NJ transfer. Some may not want to deal with the hassle. You'll have to ask. Take your NJ FID card and several NJ COE forms (https://www.njsp.org/firearms/pdf/sp-634_20180914.pdf) with you in case you do find the long gun you want from an FFL who is willing to do a transfer to a NJ resident. Also take a case so you can transport it back home legally (or lock it in the trunk). There is still a NICS check - you'll go through the NATIONAL instant check, which really is near instant, as opposed to the NJ NICS check which is routed through the NJSP office which usually only has a couple of people handling checks for the entire state of NJ.

While I agree with the majority of your post I disagree that gun shops are making next to nothing on a transfer. I would argue that the gun shop is probably making the same profit on a transfer as the profit made on the average new gun. $50-&100 transfers are not uncommon and a good encounter at a local gun shop can lead to a lifetime customer. The person that buys a gun online will also likely buy the higher margin accessories at the local gun shop if treated well. Any customer that walks into a store is potentially a great customer. Many are turned off at local gun shops when they feel ignored or not one of the "regulars". It goes both ways (shortsightedness).

Thanks DirtyDigz. Have a lot of experience with other weapons, but none with a shotgun. I never thought of that. Should I change out the ammo every other week?

You may want to periodically check any shotshells that you have loaded inside mags for long periods of time - it's possible for the shotshells to get ovalized from the magazine spring pressure to the point where they won't chamber.

more info here this was mentioned before and I asked my FFL and he said that was shot down by Sweeney so I guess its being kicked around again. if he thinks he's going to bail out the state on the backs on gun owners, smokers and any millionaires remaining in NJ that's like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Get a Beretta. It's like a sexy Italian supermodel. A Glock is more like a burly, lesbian East German gym teacher.
