When you have nothing else to do, try this: PARKING TICKET: My wife and I went into town and visited a shop. When we came out, there was a cop writing out a parking ticket. We went up to him and I said, "Come on man, how about giving a senior citizen a break?" He just ignored us and continued writing the ticket. I called him an "#$%*." He glared at me and started writing another ticket for having worn-out tires. So my wife called him a "#$%*head." He finished the second ticket and put it on the windshield with the first. Then he started writing more tickets. This went on for about 20 minutes. The more we abused him, the more tickets he wrote. He finally finished, sneered at us and walked away. Just then our bus arrived, and we got on it and went home. We always look for cars with Biden stickers. We try to have a little fun each day now that we're retired. It's so important at our age!!

Most demoncrats leave some kind of slime trail behind. Maybe it was Jerry Nadler's boat.

Hello hello! Happy to join the forum. Just received my Firearms ID and Permits. I'll admit...I am super confused where to start. Where to go. I've done some research but now need to find the right places to go to 1. learn (most important) 2. Buy (find decent pricing) 3.Get back to shooting at a range. Interested in handgun target work. I grew up in the Prairies shooting rifles on the farm...but that was a long time ago. And in a place that had very little in the way of laws...haha. Any guidance would be awesome. Also, from the looks of things on this forum, it seems like a really great spot for support! So thank you everyone for putting the effort in to grow the community. -P

My dog is as graceful as a linebacker...... and her 55 lb self will flat out tackle the 70 lb GSP in the local park........ she is not graceful enough to sneak up on the little rodents....... its quite entertaining to watch though. She doesn't have the nickname "icebox" for nothing......

26 million nics checks, I hope they understand the consequences of an incorrect vote. This could be their first and last purchase if we lose.

Personally, I think the SBPDW would be best brace option on these.

Using the Freehold Raceway Mall as a barometer.... two anchor stores are gone. One more on the way out. About 20 percent of the smaller retail stores there are permanently closed. Area food establishments probably have fewer staff. Some have probably closed. I know a small number of people who have more corporate style jobs that lost those jobs when governors shut down businesses. They were not called back to work. Have we seen to numbers for lost government jobs? I think that number is about..... Zero.

Lever action guns are great. Pick up a nice old Marlin "Thurdy/Thurdy". They used to be rather inexpensive but in the crazy environement we are in who knows? My .357 revolver and my 30/30 are two of my favorite guns.

I put the Wilson Combat ghost ring sights on my 870 with the WC plus 2 and a side saddle. Would eventually like a shorter stock on mine.

Funny, but based on the slime on the deck....I would say this was staged! Funny though!

I will add that it must be in trunk, unloaded and separate from the ammo. The ammo must also be in the trunk but NOT in the gun!

There are some restrictions. Off hand, school grounds are one location that the card doesn't matter. There are likely more. While you aren't required to case a rifle or shotgun, I wouldn't leave it in plain sight, even cased. There is what is legal, and what is potentially going to cause you a headache and/or lots of money to sort out.

No down side to LP/NG imo. First time I didn't have to go outside in the pouring rain to add gas to the gen. was all worth it to me. LP of course is a bit different but the tank swap is pretty quick compared to opening up the generators tank and trying to add gas in the dead of night. Note here...Top off your tank before the sun goes down. Even if it means getting soaked. Most people (at least us) did turn off the gen before we went to bed. You can top it off in the morning. Also don't ever let it run out of fuel. The power surges will reek havoc on both your genset and everything it's trying to keep running. Speaking of rain...I bought one of these to keep mine relatively dry in the rain. Pretty nice cover if you don't have someplace to put your genset while it's raining. If anyone decides to get one hit me up for some assembly tips. https://smile.amazon.com/IGAN-Generator-All-Weather-3500w-12000w-generators/dp/B0817GWV8C/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1OQCXMT3ZVMDJ&dchild=1&keywords=generator+cover&qid=1601236357&sprefix=generator%2Caps%2C158&sr=8-5

Been a member since 2013 but not very active and don't think I ever introduced myself. I'm an Acute CAre Nurse Practitioner, and work in neuro surgery. Been a long time shooter/collector. Mostly focusing now on Polish firearms, but still love the AK and AR platforms.

Yesterday I installed the Hutch Mountain propane kit on my Honda EU3000is. Was a relatively straight forward install. Took me a few hours, mainly because I did not have a 11/16" drill bit on hand for the hole through which the quick disconnect fitting goes. Ended up drilling a 1/2" hole and enlarging it with my Dremel tool. Also tightening the QD fitting onto the fitting sticking out the hole took quite a few hard turns of the wrench to fully tighten it. Was afraid I would break the brass fitting or threads. However was able to fully tighten it without a problem. The "business end" plate goes between the air filter housing and carburator. That part was easy. Also installed a new spark plug gapped to 0.022" per the instructions(still seems to run ok on gas with the smaller gap as compared to the usual 0.028-0.032 gap.) Once installed, I was able to seemlessly switch between gasoline and propane. Ran the generator for about an hour on propane. Ran fine in both normal and Eco mode. Note that per the instructions, you must have the gen housing closed. (Ie close the access panel that you had open to do the installation.) Otherwise, it runs like crap especially in Eco mode. Bottomline, I am thrilled to now be able to use propane as my primary fuel for the genny; while retaining the option of using gasoline when required. Easier and safer to store and handle the propane. Purchased three 30lb propane tanks at Tractor Supply. So will have at least 90 lbs of propane on hand for any power emergencies.

Welcome! If you're in Cranford, the closest range to you is probably RTSP Union. They have a shop and rentals as well. Pricewise - eh, everything is up and expensive right now.

Welcome aboard, Pjak! You might want to fill out your profile just a bit more. At the very least, I recommend you fill out the location field. That way, as you pose various questions over time about ranges, FFLs, etc.... other posters will know where you live and can tailor their recommendations to your vicinity. Again, welcome aboard, welcome back to shooting... and pls enjoy your time here.

That was with 115gr so you still hear the supersonic "Pshewwwwwwww"... but the ringing of the steel was louder. We keep missing out on recording it with 147gr subsonic 9mm... But it's just like it's spitting - it's insanely quiet.

Its actually not really possible to see if it is doing it, I just assumed that it was the problem, took a stab at it and was right. However, you cannot hurt anything by just knocking that corner down(a little!), so you may as well give it a shot. Remember, go a little, test, go a little more, test. Easier to take off than put back on lol. I got mine on the first try with about 4 strokes of the file so its not alot.

Ohhhhhhhhh so that's what's causing my PSL to do it. I'll have to take a look at it and see if I can do this.
