Made for a very short time 1958-61 - as shown- great bore, solid action, weaver rings with a Weaver 4X scope. Will come with ammo on sleeve - surplus to my needs. Research on the rifle yields interesting information and a cult like following they say. First I will take it get's it followed by a PM - transfer is on you and/or will ship in state to your FFL on your dime. Asking $ 425 OBO (which is what I have in it minus the scope)

LOL you should talk to the dude 4 threads below this. He has a car he can't get rid of. Might have a body in the trunk, though.

A crazy idea, I know, but has he tried leaving a note under the windscreen wiper? No need to be rude - the guy might just not realize that he's pissing off the land owner.

Why stop at 10? Do I hear 20? YES, sold to that Eagle Scout right there!

Yes, Mossberg 590M is legal. Since the magazines are unique do to the fact that they do not fit in any semi auto gun, you can get the 15 round and 20 round magazines also.

Yes - 100%. No restrictions on pump action shotguns except for the federal ones (minimum barrel length/oal/etc)

I did, actually, because I had thought along the same lines - starter struggling/battery is good means that the torque needed to turn the crank increased for some reason? Oil level is good, between the dots, looks maple-syrup-ish. Muffler bearings were lubed just last year!

back about 20 years or so i learned a super valuable lesson about asking a douche to act in a civil manner. Had a scum bag neighbor, requested something very simple of him about noise coming from his property. well that made it 10 times worse for me and I had to sell my house and move because "legally" I had no recourse. Move forward to today, I have a similar situation, this time I know the rules of engagement only this time the scum bag has no friggin idea of where all the problems he is encountering are coming from. Funny story about the first douche was that they utilized a 900mhz cordless phone and came in loud and clear on my scanner, lots of good intel to act on, I was always one step ahead of his antics. some people are just scumbags and need to be dealt with in covert manners or you might bring more misery to yourself if not handled correctly.

Ok, got another unique Beretta - I call it the "Papi Greco" gun. If you've seen the move "Two Guns", this is what I think Papi would have used. Found this at my local FFL's months ago and finally talked him into selling it. Yes, I know it's a bbq gun but I like my Berettas and this is just too cool. Gold and silver plated throughout with obvious carry wear, and it's filthy inside from being shot. It's a Centurian. The back story is this came out of a police impound in Arizona after being recovered during a drug raid when it was found in a field, supposedly after being dropped during a chase. Seems (so I'm told) the police are required to sell recovered guns unless it can be proven they were used in a crime. My FFL regularly buys from impounds and this showed up. Story could be completely made up but that's what I got.

You were lied to or they didn't understand or you misunderstood. NJ law does not apply outside NJ. Dual residents can buy handguns in other states and bring to NJ. ATF agent for NJ told me Face to Face that FFL03 can be used to purchase C&R eligible firearms outside NJ if you are physically present. The only reason firearms can't be shipped to NJ is because of COE which is a NJ requirement. When buying longguns outside NJ that PICS or NICS check is done on no COE is filled out. Using FFL03 to buy longgun or handgun that is C&R eligible outside NJ is perfectly legal.

Always, thought the M1A could do great work with just a reddot the more i thought about it from watching Blackhawk Down. You can research but Shughart used an M14 with Aimpoint red dot for aerial sniping... Always wanted to get mine 'scoped' up and never did, till a mount came up - thsnks @Dave Archibald.... Well all mounted up, blue loctite, bore sight zero with laser to 50 yards.... After this weekends two wheel trip to VT.. will get to the range a d see what she can do.... minute of man at 200 would be ideal

Why are so many people advocating for criminal damage when a simple attempt at communication may solve the problem with nobody getting upset or arrested?

Here's a much more comprehensive review of Eddie's contribution to music and the industry and how he changed both. A lot of detail about his experimentation with guitars and amps and the mods he made. From The Federalist.

Not sure about a model car but a friend of mind told me he often finds good deals in 55+ communities. Low mileage cars that are usually well maintained. Sometimes selling for a cheap price.

Tapping a pin in does absolutely nothing if the threads aren't drilled to counter sink the pin. You can find out easily... grab a wrench and screw it off... it would take an incredible amount of force to strip the threads if the pin is counter sunk. Most muzzle devices are torqued on with a crush washer, maybe 40lbs of force.

I don't understand why he won't put up a No Parking sign. You don't need to have a home business to have a No Parking sign. Tell him to put up the sign so people will know that they can't park there and that they'll be towed away if they do. Based on what you've said Jeep guy may have no idea that anyone cares he's parking in the spot. Randomly putting a boot on someones vehicle is a mistake IMO. A tow company isn't going to take a car away if there's no sign and an argument about why the tow is taking place. Not sure the police will do anything other than save your friend from an angry guy in a Jeep. Putting up a sign solves all of the problems: - Clearly notifies everyone that it's a private parking spot and that violators will be towed at their expense - Allows the tow companies to actually come and get the car - Provides backup if the police need to get involved.

My half-stock .50 cal Lyman Trade Rifle with 1/48 twist loves 370 grain T/C Maxi-Balls w/ 72 grains of FFFg real Goex underneath. Here's what I've done at 50 yards offhand with primitive, non-adjustable open iron sights during a regular monthly competition at Old Bridge R&P Black Powder league, 89 x 100-4X. As you can see I'm guilty of minor "vertical stringing" due to heart beat. The one in upper right is a called flier. Those Maxi's have a habit of "twinning" themselves as you can see here on this B-19 50 Yard International Target. Bicentennial quarter for size. Notice how sharply cut the bullet holes are. I earned my NRA Distinguished Expert in Muzzleloading Rifle with this rifle & Maxi combo. Here's what a single 370 grain Maxi can do to a 290 pound hog with a headshot at 22 yards. He dropped where he was hit!

I’ve temporarily withdrawn my application, I’ll be resubmitting it when a MVC issue is resolved. Well worth it for the discounts from three of the suppliers I order ammo and components from. Yes, I’ve been in contact with Carlo and he is a stand up guy. I’m sure they have a lot on their plate with all that is going on at the present time.. maybe I misinterpreted him a bit initially, but today he put me in touch with someone from NJSP who answered all of my questions and now I’m 100% clear on NJ’s view of the C&R License. He went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed. For anyone wondering, NJSP does officially recognize the C&R License. However, it is intended for 03 to 03 transfers of C&R eligible firearms within the state of N.J. So, if you know another C&R holder in N.J. and would like to purchase a C&R eligible rifle or shotgun (long gun) from him/her, it’s allowed. All other firearms will require the 4473 and NICS check. I did not ask about handguns, I am not interested in handguns. My understanding is that outside of N.J., you can purchase a long gun provided it is N.J. legal and on a 4473 with NJ COE. Apparently, a C&R transaction outside of N.J. would violate N.J. law. This makes sense, NJ law supersedes Federal law. Could someone find a work around? Sure, is it worth testing the waters and ending up in jail? No way. Again, I’m not telling people what to do. Too funny (The machine gun bit). I’m sure they see some unbelievable things in that line of work.

Just to update Wolf extended emergency order for opiate epidemic for the 11th time in August. Obviously order has nothing to do with fighting opiate epidemic being Philly is the Heroin/Clandestine Fentynal Capital of America. To the point that addicts were camped out for 24-48hrs waiting for dealers to be resupplied. Why was this? because NJ/PA gave unemployment benefits to homeless and general scumbags who haven't worked for years. So drug addicts suddenly had $10k from government. So what did they do with their influx of cash? Buy more drugs of course. To the point of buying out dealers. Great job Gov Wolf, that emergency opiate declaration is really working, working to prevent open carry and that is about it.
