This is how I see my old Glenfield turning out. This one was cut to 20” as it lines up perfectly with the vent rib. To keep it simple, I’ll probably do the same thing.

Bowling pin shoots are a hoot! I'd be all over this if I didn't have a previous commitment. If done in the standard format where the centerfire classes need to knock the pins 3' back off of the table, you want fairly stout loads and heavy bullets will perform better than lighter ones. Momentum wins over kinetic energy here. Pins tipped over but not knocked from the table will chew up a lot of time and ammo, as they tend to spin around with subsequent hits--so try hard for solid hits that knock them clear on the first shot. Rimfire classes just require the pin to be knocked over.

If you're going to dispose of the HiPoint at one of the state-sponsored 'buybacks" I highly recommend you insist on a receipt from the police / AG's office rep there because otherwise, it will still be on the state's registration books as belonging to you. When the gun shows up at a crime scene sometime in the future, you'll at least have paperwork that you 'sold' it to the state.

the Bergen Record had the different locations in the State. They are offering $250 per handgun. Good way to unload the highpoint.

i had slipped and got complacent. the beginning of the panic was my wakeup call. thanks to that, i saw why my grandmom always had so dam much extra good in the house. mostly canned goods, and a bunch frozen. since then, i've bought a little extra every time i go shopping. i've got me n mom pretty well set for now.

I can stand to lose some weight.

Hey all, I just wanted to say that I recently made my first Firearm purchase from Legend Firearms and I had a great experience. I first met the owner, IRA in August after I applied for my Firearms ID and I had a bunch of questions for him. He had a busy store and knew I wasn't going to make a purchase that day but he still took about 15 minutes with me to answer all my questions regarding purchasing firearms and all the laws regarding NJ etc... I went back a few times before purchasing my Firearm to buy accessories. Their store hours are great and the staff is very welcoming. Prices seemed reasonable given the current market rate. I'd highly recommend anyone who needs an FFL to check them out.
