Soooo, dunno why we are talking about President Trump in a Feindstein thread but, whatever. I looked into the unpaid contractor story years ago when it was first manifested by the libtarded socialist media. The story is like 2% true, Trump withheld payment to a contractor that was trying to get one over on Trump. The contractor installed several hundred cheap windows that were not what was ordered for the project, and they didn't get paid. If Trump screwed over a contractor, the leftards in the same retarded corrupt court that is suing him for overvaluing property would be suing him for unpaid invoices, and there would be contractors all over the place badmouthing him on TV every three minutes. FAKE NEWS and that's enough of that. Please, no more derailing threads with TDS. Thank you very much.

"But the Maryland State Police's licensing division said it will continue enforcing the law until the federal court issues a mandate." "The challenged law restricts the ability of law-abiding adult citizens to possess handguns, and the state has not presented a historical analogue that justifies its restriction; indeed, it has seemingly admitted that it couldn’t find one," Judge Julius Richardson, a Trump appointee, wrote in the court's majority opinion." The court literally issued the mandate when they came down with their decision! There is NO reason to continue enforcing an these unconstitutional laws. As stated in the article, "Maryland officials have 14 days to file for a rehearing before the full appeals court. If the state does not file within that window, the court will issue a mandate seven days later, which means the final court ruling would be Dec. 11.", but as far as I'm aware the current ruling isn't overturned simply because a filing for a rehearing is made. If their refusal extends beyond Dec 11th then the head of that division should be held in contemp of court. Perhaps even the head of their State PD.

We got ours even though we exceed the salary cap. Another failed government program. Wanna see my shocked face?

Gopher graft? Buck-tooth bucks? We gotta name this shit.
  8. 1 point
It costs more to run and process the program then the money given out. Nothing more than a vote buying scheme, otherwise they would just lower the tax burden by that much

Still waiting to receive mine. I checked the NJ Anchor website and it still says processing.

There will be plenty of people there to help carry stuff. Everyone is always super helpful. You won’t have any issues finding those eager to carry stuff, move stuff, shoot stuff, and talk good-natured shit!

Glad to see them going after the references, this has bothered me on the pistol permits too, no where does it say you need friends to exercise a right. In fact in today's America exercising rights with friends leads to conspiracy charges

For those who travel through maryland. Roc training from union hill gun club in monroe. They now are offering the class to carry in md. The best thing about it is rocco that teaches the class has the ability to do md fingerprints on site. Look into it. Its a pita to get the printing done. It is a 2 day class. I went there today to get printed. If you have a dd214 or i believe if you’re an nra instructor. You are exempt from the class time. Me. I have my dd214 and an instructor so my exemption takes place. But look into it.

OK, I did a little research - answered my own questions. Gosh!! This sounds like a very non-partisan, scientific and even-handed group addressing our Constitutional Rights! /sarc off Nico Bocour - Lawyer and VP, State Initiatives with anti-2A group Giffords https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicola-bocour-b2a1a59 - so she's presumably the required Commission member who represents the group advocating against gun violence. Jennifer Chuang - pediatrician in Paterson at St. Joseph's Medical Center, who according to her Facebook page is "outspoken about healthcare in social justice" - https://www.facebook.com/DrJenniferChuang4NJ/ sooo, a full-fledged SJW from one of the state's most gang-infested cities. So, she's the Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics that the law requires for this Commission. Jeremy Ershow - A NY lawyer previously appointed my NJ's AG to the Stateside Affirmative Firearms Enforcement (SAFE) office... so, another rabid anti-gun-rights person. Here's an article explaining his SAFE role - filing lawsuits against gun manufacturers, etc. https://www.njoag.gov/acting-ag-platkin-appoints-leaders-of-new-firearms-enforcement-office/ Nashon Hornsby - Lawyer, and Assistant Director with the NJ Dept of Health... hails from Trenton, one of the other most gang-infested cities in the state... huh, seeing a trend here? https://www.linkedin.com/in/nashon-hornsby-3a25a018?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F Robert Nixon - is a Trenton lobbyist and Director of Government Affairs for the New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association (PBA). https://www.fels.upenn.edu/academics/instructors/robert-nixon ??Timmy Oh?? - (not sure if he's still a member since his name wasn't listed on the latest minutes) - but he's supposedly a "firearm safety expert" who looks about 15 years old - and whose company designs biometric and RFID guns - https://www.linkedin.com/in/ohtimmy Lt. Col. Joseph Brennan - retired head of NJSP, apparently now a political appointee of Phil Murphy. Apparently, there's supposed to be 7 members of this commission - so which one "advocates for 2A rights" as required by the law? I certainly wouldn't think ANY of these people represent us! And if Timmy Oh is actually gone, is the seat just sitting empty? Have you ever seen a more stack and unbalanced Commission? What a joke! Any pro-2A person would immediately be outnumbered 6 to 1.

They didn't for the obvious reasons....they couldn't afford to spend ten's of thousands of dollars on lawyer fees and still feed their families.
