  3. Yes, I built it. The UR is a standard forged one ... there's only about three makers of forged upper receivers and they are all the same specs. I can't remember where I got this particular one. It's not cerakoted. The stainless-steel barrel is a PSA 18" 1::7 The drop in cassette FCG is a CMC single stage flat-face. The muzzle device is permanently attached via the old "pin and weld" method
