Hello New Jersey Gun Forums Community! Long time lurker, new member! I am sure you guys are tired of the Q26 questions, and to be honest, I think I know the answer to this, but I figured I'd ask again to put the issue to rest in my head. About a month ago I filled out a digital application on NJPortal my FID and a handgun permit. I went through it pretty quickly and when I saw Q26 I checked no, because my assumption was this question was regarding bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. (not something common like ADHD). My two references filled in their questionnaires and all I had to do was get fingerprinted. After speaking with some friends, I realized that I may have made a mistake selecting "No" to Q26 because I do see a nurse practitioner every 2 months to get my ADHD medication refilled. They suggested I just refill the application and check yes for Q26 and include that I do see an NP for my ADHD, which I did, and go get fingerprinted. Two questions: 1) The first application was never technically completed, because even though I got the 2 references the fingerprinting wasn't done. Do you think I am going to have a problem with the double applications? 2) Am I now going to have an issue where they think I was falsifying my application because of the double submit?
