  1. The recipe above sounds pretty phenomenal. Looks like it encompasses a lot of layers of flavor. Sounds like it has a good amount of fat, salt, sweetness and acid. Honestly the key to any good dish is the proper amount of salt. In the culinary world salt is what they refer to whenever they mention any seasoning Balance is key. I'd come over for din @Maille Man.
  2. Should still respond imo But since you're always right about the law, I do feel better about carrying now.
  3. This. The Detective has been excellent in every regard before this, but this is an important matter. I get that they're busy but one missed email and I lose my freedom in the next traffic stop. That's the problem with being a law abiding citizen.
  4. I mean this respectfully, I would expect a confirmation because I called and emailed and asked for it. I feel like public servants avoid doing work they don't want to. It's an important thing to know you are legally able to carry a gun.
  5. I sent my updated information after the recertification at gun for hire in to the firearms Detective who said they needed nothing else. Confirmed receipt etc. I emailed sba 182a (even though I'm still only carrying my same carry gun on my permit) on 12/25. I haven't heard anything back. Am I good? No one will call me back.
  6. Looks like Steven hawking, David copperfield and price Andrew were also outed. I saw transcript saying trump never did anything wrong there. It's gunna be an interesting couple weeks. They're releasing names like it's the NBA draft. Just give us the full list! Never mind. Scroll down on the link for list. https://www.newsweek.com/jeffrey-epstein-list-full-dozens-names-revealed-1857103
  7. Interesting. You don't need a transfer fee for lowers?
  8. This would be my issue. You lose the efficiency of a quick reload.
  9. I got some, haven't shot them yet though! Conceptually I like them, but we'll see if that carries over into usage. I think I'll get annoyed if this happens. I'm going to hopefully try it out soon. I'm nervous the RSOS at rtsp will complain about them so I'm waiting for a day to go to obrpc..
  10. What's everyone's opinion on these? Personally I like them. I'm a little concerned with the bottom mag being exposed, but I guess it only really becomes a problem if I'm crawling in the dirt. I might throw some in the go bag.
  11. This thread always makes me sad cause Zeke was a cool dude. My first outing was with him, @Sota, @mr stu!
  12. Cool we will meet up next week as discussed for delivery. $475 (just for full disclosure, I don't know if that matters)
  13. Bump. I have my eye on something so feel free to make an offer.
  14. Bumping, these still nj legal? Target sports won't ship them to me!
  15. This is from my receipt. Hope this covers the questions. I know squat about scopes. I originally wanted to trade, but I have my sights set on something else. A mod can change the title to wts for now please. Ps, I never realized how clear these can be. I've only looked through cheaper lpvos in the beginning. The eye relief on this is pretty incredible in comparison.
  16. Scope is super cool, I'm just more focused on other aspects of shooting at the moment. Mid range carbine stuff and pistol shooting. Scope glass is immaculate. Outside has a small mark from handling and I tried to capture that in the photo. This is cross posted. Mount included. I'm In central nj and can travel an hour in any direction. Looking for $500. First who says "I'll take it" wins. I have the box but I can't find the manual. It can be found online. Added trades Im looking for a new upper in the $700-800 range. .223 wylde or 5.56. I obviously will add cash for the price difference. I don't know exactly what I want but feel free to offer if you have this laying around.
  17. This is cool. If you bring a pistol do you need a holster for this? I don't have any holsters that fit a light.
  18. I've been on the fence. I keep it around incase the crazies here decide to ban ars. Pm me. Maybe we can figure something out.
  19. That's extremely kind but I promised my wife I would watch the little one since she wanted to pick up an extra shift at the hospital. 2023 hasn't been brutal financially, so we are both picking up as many hours as possible. I'd bring the little one, but I don't think she'll be very good at 5 months lol. I'm definitely in on the next one! I'll even pick up some clays next time so I have em on hand.
  20. I am a no go this time. The body shop is still waiting for parts to fix my car. Count me in for it warmer weather one!
  21. I'm 90 percent in, but I've never done this before, nor do I have a shotgun. I also was in a car accident last week and am hoping it's fixed in time to drive out there. How much ammo and clays do people normally run through?
  22. I'm totally fine with that. I like my carry gun. I just don't want to fill out any more paperwork for a few weeks lol.
  23. I was told I have to carry the one guy I started with anyways. Is the court order no longer enforced? It's like a second job keeping up with all the changes.
  24. I guess I have to sub to this thread. I never filled our sp182a but the Detective in charge of Piscataway said I was good with sp182. I guess I'll fill it out and send it in tomorrow to avoid any bs.
