  1. This. I don't get how people are missing this lol. There's a reason my parents were able to buy a home while working 40 hour weeks and making far less than average. The main reason I started this thread was for educated insight about future predictions.
  2. Yup. I have to be honest. I don't know how the average person is buying right now. My wife and I are blessed to have jobs that pay wayyyy over any average income in this state and still can't stomach pain 2500/ monthly plus for a townhome with over 20% down.
  3. The wifey and I have a baby coming in the next few months so we've been browsing the housing market again. Seems like everything I read gives me a different opinion of what will be happening. Any educated guesses? I know rates won't drop back to 2 percent but will prices actually come down? I saw a 385k house today that is smaller than my 1 bedroom apartment. No idea what the right move Is..
  4. I wear dresses all the time. It's 2023 Mrs peel. All joking aside, I always figured it would be easier. I follow lena Michulek and some other Gun tubers and they seem to pull It off. Maybe those Thigh band holsters? What gun are you trying to conceal? I'm not a sig fan but I feel like the 365 would disappear on anyone.
  5. Piscataway pd told me I just had to come in and they'll amend it for me. I'd call your local pd and see what they say.
  6. I'm looking for a reasonably priced tactical shotgun. I just want to get proficient. Maybe ill throw a red dot on it. Any reason not to pick this up? https://mossberggunstore.com/mossberg-500-ati-scorpion-tactical-12-gauge-flat-dark-earth-fde-pistol-grip-shotgun/
  7. Nice, these are pricey. This will be a build as I go purchase. I was looking at blue alpha so I'm glad that was suggested. Safariland will also probably be the holster I go with since I can't seem to find another holster for my vp9 with a surefire 300 on it.
  8. Bump Looking for something agile. Nothing too rigid. Just rigid enough to hold the equipment.
  9. It would be for training. Ultimately it would be the belt that goes in the "GO Bag." That fighting belt set up seems like a great solution.
  10. A few rifle magazines, a few pistol magazines, first aid kit, tourniquet. Nothing too crazy.
  11. I'm watching World War Z on Netflix and realizing if a zombie apocalypse happened I can't carry most of my gear while moving. Any good battle belts that you would purchase as a complete set? Looking for something durable.
  12. @Mr.Stu i was told I had to get a new permit if i moved, however as you said i don't see an address on my permit. It only has the county. Im curious if there is a statute on that, if it's part of a court order, or just a clerk making things up.
  13. I feel like you could get 200 if you sold go a local gun shop. Just my 2 cents
  14. It's an interesting question. I imagine any legal stop would require it. Better off saying it and not having to worry about it. Hopefully someone smarter than me will answer that.
  15. Alot of the "badasses" on here will be the statistics they use against legal gun owners in the future. "You can beat the charge but you don't always beat the ride" Don't get arrested because you're not following the laws. Put money in gun rights groups, follow politics, vote, etc. In before "but nj is the worst blah blah blah." We finally have ccw. Don't ruin it because you need to flex.
  16. I'll follow whatever laws are in place, but if you watch other videos on this account, you'll see alot of audits don't go quite so smoothly. My brother is a cop and I come from a family of cops. I'm polite, follow the law, and move on. Unfortunately alot of the cops ive met don't think highly of ccw, but a few do. I've seen alot of this comes down to the town, politics of it, etc. The best advice Is don't give them a reason to stop you to begin with.
  17. Sc arms is saying these buffer tube kits are legal. I can definitely see someone getting in trouble for this unfortunately. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2014/07/15/thorsden-customs-ar-pistol-buffer-tube/amp/
  18. My friend has one. Shoots well, no reliability issues. The trigger is a decent milspec one. Honest outlaw did a video on it and praised it a decent amount.
  19. That's what I'm asking for. Thanks for being helpful on the public forum. you must be super cool in real life. I'm yet to see anything definitive that says my permit and court order wouldn't be valid. All I've seen are some screen shots of emails back and forth. It would've been nice to see something legitimate.
  20. It's not taking the payments anyways as my card has changed. The issue is I'm still being billed by the website.
