  1. Actually this page, which many use as reference to discuss this topic https://www.njsp.org/firearms/transport-firearm.shtml seems to suggest that they expect ammo and a firearm to be in the same container.
  2. To be clear, i’m asking if it’s legal FROM an nj residence TO an nj range. I haven’t seen any statute that says this is not legal. If there is one, or a letter from NJSP that is what I am trying to find
  3. Is there another statute that says ammo must be in a separate container than the firearm? From this statute alone I don't see anything that prohibits me from driving from my house to the range with loaded magazines & an unloaded firearm in the same closed and fastened case. Thanks.
  4. The way the magpul fixed carbine stock is designed, you can change the lop without drilling into the buffer. if you don’t screw it in at the exact same spot every time you are changing the lop. not by much, but there must be some legal definitions to clarify this.
  5. Why? Doing this will cost me $0. So if it's legal, why not. Please link spacers you think will accomplish this, however I suspect some form of drilling will still need to be done.
  6. I don't know the official wording of the law in NJ. However, would doing this to my stock make it illegal in NJ since if you unscrewed it you would be able to change its position?
  7. Can I pin and weld my own barrel or do I have to go to a licensed dealer or something?
