  1. I'm talking about non NFA "others" not NFA "aow's" No specified minimum barrel length. Only needs to meet 26in or greater overall length.
  2. I'm in NJ....so 9mm and the tucked look. 11-12in barrel/comp combo under a 10in handguard. Exactly!
  3. I'm in NJ, so..... Anyway,, I was just thinking out loud. But this setup on a 9mm "other" would work, correct?
  4. So an 8.5in barrel, 3.5in linear comp and a Vltor Buffer system...hmmm
  5. I believe so. That would essentially be a 13.75 inch barrel. Which would put you over the 26 inch minimum requirement.
  6. I did the exact same build in black .
  7. Okay, the reason I asked is....I have a Tromix extended Carbine buffer tube (9.25" total external length) with a SBA4 which gives me approximately a 15" length of pull. So, I guess I'm looking at a Waco/Ruby Ridge type problem?
  8. Doesn't length of pull factor in when building a non NFA? Is so, wouldn't a longer buffer tube affect length of pull?
