That was a interesting read. I just filed in October for my first time permits. I guess I will be waiting till February or March for the call.

Time taken to issue FID and/or permit: 70 Days October - 21, 2020 initial online application filled October - 21, 2020 References completed both October - 22, 2020 fingerprints done October - 23, 2020 - Drop off permit payment to local PD. October - 27, 2020 criminal history check completed by NJSP, now in local PD hands I got a email today December 10, 2020 from PD need more information. 1. FARS confirmation number. 2. The date of fingerprinting (scheduled date or actual date printed) 3. Copy of NJ Driver’s License (address must be correct) December - 31, 2020 Got approval email just waiting for a call to pick my card and permits up.
