Time taken to issue FID and/or permit: In Progress October 26th, 2020 - Online application submitted. October 26th, 2020 - References completed. October 28th, 2020 - Mailed payment to local PD. To Do: Scan & Submit NY State Mental Health Form (OMH 11) to Local PD. Fingerprinting scheduled for second week of November.
