Yea but im not the smartest, and id prefer to not drill new holes in my HD weapon for fear of screwing it up.

Afternoon guys. Like the title says. New gun owner in NJ. Picked up a mossy 500 and a ruger 10/22. The mossy is an older model and does not have the receiver drilled and tapped from the factory for a rail. We Shoot in Brick said they couldn't do it. Howell gun works is just not responding. Anyone know of a gunsmith that could do this? Ocean County preferably but will travel if the shop has a great record. Thanks in advance!
