  1. As this works it's way through the courts I continue to contact my state Senator & Assemblyman. Both voted against the new laws and I'm waiting for a reply to the most recent questions i sent the.

    Dear Senator Holzapfel,
The recent passage of A4716 followed by S3214 solely on the strength of Democratic numbers in both houses of the legislature. Will the Republican members, all of whom voted against these bills, stand by without some ethics investigation of those supporters who knowingly and admittedly voted for an unconstitutional law? Where is the outcry about the malfeasance in office and disregard of their oath of office to uphold the U.S and State constitutions. Can the average citizen ever expect to see honorable representation again?
Thank you for your support of those you represent, and for your consideration of this issue.

  2. Whenever I contact the Assembly or Senate on these issues along with my personal message, I remind them of these:

    NJ Constitution Paragraph 1

    1. All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.

    Oath of Office

"I, ______ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully, impartially and justly perform all the duties of the office of _____ to the best of my ability, and that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of New Jersey, and that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same and to the Governments established in the United States and in this State, under the authority of the people.”

    Oath covered by this :

41:3-1. False swearing, affirmation of declaration; perjury
If any person shall willfully and corruptly swear, affirm or declare falsely, in or by any oath, affirmation, declaration or affidavit, required to be made or taken by any statute of this state, or necessary or proper to be made, taken or used in any court of this state, or for any lawful purpose whatever, such person shall be deemed guilty of perjury and punished accordingly.

do we really think they care if we email them reminding them that they're up for re-election? first off, we're well outnumbered by stupid people.....or they wouldn't be there in the first place. secondly......the fix is in.

You remind them we're paying attention, then work to attract the moderates who still believe in a Bill of Rights and the unaffiliated non-party voters who can think for themselves. Work to expand the voter base instead of quitting or alienating those not in lock-step with the arrogant Democratic Party members. I've done it for over 50 years and won't stop now, others a lot younger will benefit more than I will but it's worth the effort.

  4. Two emails with multiple recipients will work, one to thank those who helped with "No" votes, and one reminding the "Yes" voters they face re-election next year and their disregard of our rights will not be forgotten.

The roll call committee vote on the bill went like this:

    Roll Call

    • Sarlo, Paul A. (P) - Yes

    • Cruz-Perez, Nilsa I. - Yes

    • Diegnan, Patrick J. - Yes

    • Greenstein, Linda R. - Yes

    • Johnson, Gordon M. - Yes

    • O'Scanlon, Declan J. - No

    • Oroho, Steven V. - No

    • Ruiz, M. Teresa - Yes

    • Scutari, Nicholas P. - Yes

    • Testa, Michael L. - No

    • Thompson, Samuel D. - No

    • Zwicker, Andrew - Yes

If any of you live in Ocean County and have the infamous Gizinski "sensitive places" court order, good news. Just received a court order from Judge Ryan that vacates & rescinds that order. Just email his law clerk [email protected] and ask. I got mine in less than a week in the mail. No appearance or lawyer.

Had mine done the same way by Judge Ryan, also about 8-9 day turn-around time as well.

On Oct. 28, I received a vacate/rescind court order from Judge Ryan following a letter of request a week earlier.

  7. "New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez on Wednesday acknowledged the existence of an ongoing federal investigation against him, more than four years after the government dropped a different corruption case. Two people familiar with the matter tell NBC News that Menendez is under criminal investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan."

Third time around for this guy...maybe DOJ finally got their act together and will prosecute again? So far he's had a sham trial win in north Jersey & one case dropped by Feds.
