HI-POINT 995TS Carbine

I ended up getting a 4095ts. Found one for $279.00 -
I tried to purchase one today on guns.com and their site said that I could not buy one in NJ. I'm trying to figure out why that is. It is a 10 round magazine. Can someone shed some light on why I wouldn't be allowed to buy one in NJ?

Is the FFL section of the forum up to date? I've noticed a lot of old information here. I'd rather make sure the the info is current and not have to call every single FFL that is listed near me,

Thank you -
Since I am now a proud firearm owner I have a question regarding traveling. I used to go to ranges in PA and Delaware before I purchased a gun. I would like to continue to do so and wonder what are the rules regarding taking my gun to another state?

Thanks, good to know. It increase my shopping options. -
What are peoples thoughts on this particular handgun? I believe that as long as I get the non-threaded barrel that it is legal in NJ since it meets the weight limit and the magazine is a 10 round one.

Thanks, I appreciate the update on that.

I called Bass Pro and they won't transfer it. I'll need to make 2 trips. That's just a learning experience for me at this point then.

Thanks Mr.Stu, I'll call them to see if it's possible.
