  1. New Jersey is either intentionally trying to piss off judge Bumb or the attorney general is just plain stupid.
  2. Meanwhile In Livingston schools were put on lockdown because an empty pistol mag was found in the parking lot. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/device-that-caused-lockdown-at-2-livingston-schools-revealed/ar-AA17Lx5t
  3. No experience with those two counties but why not try Pike county? I emailed the form with photos of my NJ PTC and drivers license. Got an email back the next day to call to make an appointment. Drove to the sheriff's office 4 days later, got my photo taken, paid the $20 bucks and walked out with a PA LTC in less than 10 minutes and no notarization required from NJ. If Pike is too far for you, Delaware and York county are just as good as Pike county.
  4. It may be the law but....... Gun Lawyer #120
  5. Siegel v Platkin was consolidated into Koons v Reynolds, so the insurance part of Siegel will be argued in the preliminary injunction hearing.
  6. Duh! I got so used to scrolling down in my link that I did the same with your links without checking. Mea Culpa.
  7. The combined cases with the most recent hearings, motions, exhibits, can be viewed here: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/66677437/koons-v-reynolds/
  8. This is the link for the combined cases with all the latest hearings, motions, etc. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/66677437/koons-v-reynolds/
  9. Congrats. I got mine today as well, Monmouth county. Took 131 day for me
  10. NJSP have updated the instructions and application for the PTC. NJSP Forms
  11. My understanding is that the Koons TRO is good until the preliminary injunction is decided.
  12. The Siegel TRO hearing is set for Thursday, Jan. 26 at 11:30 am. Also there appears to be a new attorney representing NJ. Don't know if Angela Cai will still be in the mix or not. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.njd.506026/gov.uscourts.njd.506026.37.0.pdf and https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.njd.506033/gov.uscourts.njd.506033.43.0.pdf
  13. Got an email today from the Monmouth County prosecutor's office with an attachment for the judge which states that I appear to be in compliance other than justifiable need which was ruled unconstitutional by NYSRPA v Bruen. After 119 days I'm one step closer. lol
