  1. I did not get any email and I requested to testify. It appears that some people received them, and some did not. Very random.
  2. Here's mine for Marlboro PD: 08/02 - Submitted to MPD 08/23 - Got PD approval email and sent to the court 09/23 - Got email from MCPO sent to the Judge without any objections. Letter dated 09/20. 10/11 - Still waiting
  3. If you want to get technical about # 9, it will mean that if you went to any other person's house for dinner (example: going to your in-laws on Thanksgiving) and they are serving wine, beer, eggnog etc....you will NOT be able to carry even if you are not drinking.
  4. I just saw another guy in Ocean County got his PTC yesterday with the 12 Court Ordered Restrictions. It was posted on FB Group. It was dated Sept 6th.
  5. My PD sent my application to the court on 8/23. How did you find out that your application was processed on 9/2? I know my MO was cashed on 9/6, but other than that, nothing.
  6. Yup, all these restricted places will be added targets for criminals. Now they'll know places to hit and not worry about running into someone with a PTC.
  7. Just because NJ does not distinguish between concealed and open, the firearm MUST be in a holster.
  8. The point is not about fear when not carrying a pistol. So when you feel it's necessary how will you go about loading and unloading in public "without breaking the law"? Maybe you can share with the class a safe way of obeying the law when you feel "it's necessary" to carry when you cannot carry when being in a motor vehicle. What is your plan? Also, I do not know what you mean when you say when you "feel it's necessary". Do you have a crystal ball or are you implying that when you may be in a bad area? If that's the case, just don't go if you feel there may be trouble. Your comment on "Being able to carry a pistol doesn't change my life at all" says it all. If and when someone is carrying a pistol it changes everything. If you don't know that then you should not be carrying.
  9. Does anyone know anyone from Monmouth County who received the same Court Order as the guy from Ocean County with the 12 restrictions? Please let me know.
  10. Can anyone in Monmouth County who received the same Court Order as the guy from Ocean post their Court Order so we can get in front of this? Looking for Monmouth County.
