I went to Delaware County I believe

Mine does not have any restriction and Delaware county told me they aren’t worried about them. I got my PA LTC in 6 days and $25.

According to PA state law… same as every other state. A single county cannot over ride the state permit. Pa state permits are valid throughout Pennsylvania including Philadelphia. Go to the PA state police web site and do a search for PA carry permits. The entire commonwealth is covered and that includes Philly. I live in Camden County but my PA permit went through Montgomery County in Pa.

I received my NJPTC and applied for a PAmnon resident and had it within 6 days.. easy fast no hassle.. unlike NJ…
