  1. There's a conflict here.  One court ruled felons can have guns.  I'm not okay with.that. Violent felons should not have.guns.  They proved through their actions they should not have guns.  I have no problem with Martha Stewart having a gun.  Maybe a few years after the conviction.

Many of these cases will go to SCOTUS.  If they.remand that's the equivalent of upholding the lower court decision.

Let’s even lower the bar.  Show me one suspect identified due to microstamping.  The whole idea of microstamping is such a snipe hunt that it would be laughable if it weren’t being pursued.   Millions to implement all the logistical, organizational, and engineering changes reduced to vapor by a $10 Dremel.

It's all a abour feel good, we're doing something which amounts to nothing.

Yes I did that Newark Police is giving me a hard time

It should br treated the same as you lost your driver's license.  You walk in. tell them, maybe pay a small fee, and they give you a new one.

  4. Russia and China have allied with Iran knowing the Iranians are receptive because all 3 hate the US.  Russia and China know if Iran steps out of their line they can squash them.

These radical Muslims have no clue.

  5. I agree if you see a no guns sign you don't have to go in.

I've never heard of any case where someone was injured by a no guns sign.

Slightly different perspective but if you decide to go swimming at a beach that's posted "no swimming when life guards are not present" and there are no lifeguards present and you drown, should your survivors be able to sue?

So if you go into a guns allowed establishment with your gun, it gets held up, you respond and get injured, should you be able to sue?

  6. Biden is clueless.  The situation in Isreal and Gaza is the result of collusion between Russia, China, and Iran.

Okay. focus on Ukraine.  Focus on the Middle East.  Slam bang, thank you mam. China is going after Taiwan as the US has become a secondary influence in the world.

  7. I encountered similar experiences when I worked on the Mexican Border in the late 70s, early 80s.

I decided to stop a car at night. I was in an unmarked car.  Totally legal near the border.  Red light, siren and the people wouldn't stop.  Didn't speed up, kept in speed limit but wouldn't stop. I had to call the sheriff's office 40 miles away to send a marked car to stop them.

Didn't find anything wrong but never held anything against the people who didn't stop.

You should always carry at least one reload for whatever you're carrying.  Magazines in a belt pouch that covers the top of your mag worn on your weak side.  Revolver ammo in speedloader, dump pouch with speedstrip, or 2x2 pouch on your strong side.

I don't care for mag holders like these.  Nothing preventing crap from entering the magazine.  Limited protection for the lips of the magazine.

I said this 6 months ago.

As firearms instructor for a couple of hundred agents I used to say you need to carry one reload for whatever you're carrying.  If you can't solve the problem with what you're carrying in the gun, use the reload to get yourself out of the situation. Be it 5, 7. 10, or 15 rds.

You've decided to carry a gun legally?  Figuring out how to carry a reload is a minor issue.

We don't have to conquer a situation. We have to survive it.

Oh, and the NJ Attorney General's office is going to investigate itself:

Keep in mind, if he's found not guilty.in Federal Court he can be tried again in a state court.

His excuse is so lame. Confiscations in Cuba? Yes, but he was born in NYC.  100s of thousands of dollars in case he.had to flee? Bullshit.

I said it before.  He'll cop a plea.  Maybe let his wife off. Copping a plea will give him less of a sentence.

I think the Shell station on the GSP north just past the Driscoll bridge was $3.25 last night.

And the Exxon was $3.35. I would've stopped but didn't notice in time.

Will be $4 a gallon soon.
