  1. Trying to avoid that since it's a hassle to keep ordering and returning so many ill fitting shooting glasses.
  2. Is there anyplace in North Jersey, or hell, anywhere in NJ that carries a wide selection of shooting glasses? I'd like to look at Wiley X stuff, but it seems like only places through the Wiley X website are Opticians, and when I call they seem pretty clueless as to what I'm asking for.
  3. If you go through an FFL, it will be returned to them and be safe with them until you pick it up. USPS/FedEx/UPS, could just drop it at your door, and it might be stolen.
  4. Drove past this place many many times over the past 10 years, always wondered how it stayed open. Practically all his business was to LEO's, then again how else could he have stayed in business in NYC. But I found it troubling that he would rarely deal with people who didn't have a 'badge'.
  5. Bloomberg's Presidential run is a front, he's using it as a way to support down ticket races. Which in this election cycle will be just as important, not something to brush off. While it hardly means anything in NJ, out in America, it does.
  6. Exactly. All these people who flocked to the meetings for 2A Sanctuary, and the protest, where were they on election day? How could they be so out of touch as to not know what the democrats had in store for them? Or did they vote democrat, and think nothing would happen cause it was the NRA boogeyman?
  7. Why would they? Sweeping AWB, and gun range ban will be next.
  8. Never would I have thought I would see the day that a fellow gun owner would support a law, that once again, does NOTHING to prevent gun related crimes. Yet here we are.
  9. Federal form 4473 is a registry. NJ permit to purchase, is a registry. It's 2019, almost 2020, in NJ, best get with the times as a gun owner in this state, cause you are well behind the times.
  10. Well, here we go. I just wonder why it took so long for a bill like this to be introduced. Think the fudds will wake up? https://legiscan.com/NJ/bill/A6003/2018?fbclid=IwAR300YwmEUeHwRGbwaSThSUNgS-IbAK5MoPbT_OliuhB-DrzZoJ5DvDgjGw No person shall possess a firearm unless the person has first obtained a policy of firearm liability insurance in an amount of not less than $50,000, specifically covering any damages resulting from any negligent or willful acts involving the use of that firearm while it is owned by that person
  11. hmmm......basically meaningless mumbo jumbo. I'm still waiting for States to nullify the NFA, and makes suppressors legal without federal tax stamps. States are circumventing Federal drug laws for recreational marijuana, so why the F not? Be real interesting if a State legalized recreational marijuana AND suppressors without Federal approval.......
  12. Not very up to date with info on the website, they still have Corzine listed as Gov'na!
  13. HAHAHA!!!! I didn't think of that. Now retired LEO's and houty touty are just as vulnerable as anybody else. Only thing that could help them is having a judge toss any lawsuit against them now.
  14. Yup. Thanks to the 'sportsmen' and various 'rifle and pistol clubs' that supported the Stills Act.
  15. Regardless of who gets the nomination, this will be part of their platform.
  16. this might not pass at the Federal level, but just you wait for the haters in NJ to push a new assault weapons ban, that bans all semi auto firearms.
