  1. Very nice weapon you got there. Can't remember the last time I heard a gun referred to as a male. Of course it isn't legal here in NJ. They don't trust us to have a folding or collapsible stock, flash hider or suppressor or a Mag with a capacity over 15 Rounds if we have the pistol grip. And who would know what is best for me better than my government? Well being I'm female, my rifle would definitely be male! LOL Well if you ever get up to NWPA, you can certainly enjoy our freedoms and give Meph a go! Ammo's on me!
  2. No reloading. I'm not that crafty. LOL Besides the equipment required for reloading is just way to complicated for me. I can't see the necessity for me being that I can buy anything here in PA or have anything I want shipped right to my door.
  3. I haven't met an XD that I didn't like. However, I've yet to try the XDM. Hopefully someone will have one at one of the group shoots. My next handgun will be the Sig P229 or P239. I finally got the chance in September to give the P239 a go and I absolutely fell in love with the gun and the trigger.
  4. I had it done by a local guy up here. He's dura coat certified. It was the first time he's ever done a color like that. I got it back in 4 or 5 days. Being that its an "electric" color, the gun had to be whited first, then baked. Then after the color was applied, baked again. It cost $225.00, whole gun and 4 mags. If you and the g/f are ever up this way, she can most definitely give it a go. I guarantee she'll love it! Its really an awesome fun gun. Just beware! I might very well put the AR in her hands too.
  5. Its duracoated. If you're ever up this way......I've always got plenty of ammo for all my guns. I only have one requirement. Any man that shoots my XD must be photographed! LOL
  6. In the .38 I carry semi jacketed hollows, usually Winchester silver tipped. In the .9mm its jacketed hollows, usually Federal Hydra Shox. For playing at the range, its jacketed ball. Hollows are just too expensive for plinking. However, its always brass.

    Hello

Best of luck with the forum, maksim! I'm hoping that a former NYC gal, now living in PA, who is a member of the EBR club, O/C mafia, who carries daily a handgun, (sometimes the pink XD) is welcome here on a NJ based forum. Michele, PAFOA.org
