  1. Target World in Chalfont PA. Always has cases of UMC 223 on hand
  2. When I used to buy factory...I used to go to Walmart in PA. It was only about 45 mins away from me. I bought 10-20 boxes of Winchester White Box 9mm & 45 acp. 100 round - 9mm $15.72 100 round - 45 acp $28.98 It was the best deal around. The last time I was there was in Feb. Now I just roll my own. Primers are hard to find now that I started to reload. Just my luck.
  3. I am a new reloader. Been reloading since November. Learnt from the internet, manuals, forums etc. Bought a Lee Classic Turret. Its a very good press to learn on in my opinion. Built tough, semi progressive or single stage, inexpensive, easy to set up, easy to learn with. I would recommend highly. I load for several types of bullets in 45 & 9mm...ordered a .223 setup for my AR. Since I have been reloading, I have been shooting much more and I have plenty available. Not a better shot yet  , but working on it. Reloading is kind of relaxing to me...like therapy. You wont regret a Lee Classic Turret Press

  10. Can you possibly provide an address. It might me nice not to have to drive to PA for reloading supplies
  11. In case you are interested, some Lowes carry the Centurion by Liberty Gun safes. The larger one isnt a bad safe...28'' W x 59.25'' H x 20'' D. 22 long Gun capacity. S&G mechanical lock. $697. Get a Lowers new mover coupon and save 10%. I know the E Brunswick Lowes on 18 carries it.

    New Rifle

Spokes, Nice. Have fun & enjoy it. Have you thought of any mods to it yet? I am planning on changing the handguard, gas block & grip...for starters Not sure if I want a handguard with rails or a smooth one. 16" with rails will give it a tactical look & feel. Not sure want to get.

    New Rifle

This is my rifle. There are many like this one...but this one is MINE!!! Colt Match Target Competition HBAR II 1/9 twist
  14. besides my test loads, i will shoot about 200-400 rounds of 9mm & about 100 - 200 of 45 acp if time permits. reloading gave me the luxury of shooting more often & more rounds. it is highly recommended.....especially in these times. i used to go to wally world in pa and buy 10-20 boxes of 100 round WWB for 9mm and 45 acp. even with their prices...it was a very costly trip :|
  15. I have been reloading for about 5 months now. Taught myself from manuals, forums, magazines and just by doing it. No seasoned veteran by any means, but have loaded several thousand 9mm & 45 acp rounds. I would be interested in a hands on "class" if given the chance.
  16. Thanks TB I am pretty proud of it. Put it all together myself(my 1st rifle). Bought it on GunBroker. Really in bad shape. Everything is new except for the receiver...and I stripped it, polished it & applied Duracoat. Still playing with what ammo she likes. I really spent too much time on Rimfire Central when I built this
  17. S&W 22a Browning Buckmark Countor XD 45 service Glock 19 9mm
  18. Hi Ap, Glad you are looking to get into the shooting sports. Where do you live? Several ranges offer a Woman's Day yearly. Last year I volunteered at Cherry Ridge...I think there were about 300 woman introduced to the sport. They shot pistols - 22 & 9mm, 20ga shotgun, AR15 type .223 & 22 rifle. I had my wife attend so she can take advice from someone other than me. She doesnt like to listen to me.Overall,It was a good day. I love introducing new people to the sport. There are too many anti gun people out there not to embrace the people that want to participate in the fun, rewarding & safe aspect of the sport. You should start out with a 22lr. Little or no recoil, fairly inexpensive, ammo readily available & cheap. It will provide you with the basics of gun handling...grip, stance, follow-through, aiming etc. Cant beat the practice & benefits it will provide first time shooters.

    New Addition

Thats putting it mildly. Some character. He will surely let you know how he feels. He is a good guy though. Be prepared to spend some time there...he can & will talk!!!
  20. I am and have been a member of SCFGPA. I have also practiced for IDPA on wed nights. Shot IDPA only twice....I plan on participating more now that I reload & have a "stash"
  21. I have hated Brooklyn for years, couldnt get my wife to move. Unfortunately, I still work there. I commute daily everyday...what a drag.
  22. Hello All, Stumbled across this site from skimming in 1911forum. Its about time we had a dedicated gun forum in NJ other than the hunting ones. Its been long overdue. Frequent reader of that PA forum. Those lucky guys in PA...with there CCW laws and all. Maybe we can push for similar CCW laws as there are in other parts of the country. Now we can be heard in NJ. Currently live in Bridgewater, moved here about 5 years ago from Brooklyn NY. Talk about harsh gun laws.... Recently became a NRA certified Pistol Instructor. Have just gotten into handloading since about Nov. Just 9mm & 45 acp right now. Soon will be doing some .223 for my HBAR. Handloading is a hobby all by itself. Lets you shoot more!!! Looking forward to being a regular on njgunforums very much. Very excited by it.
