What's your shipping charge for handguns?

Stupid question ....
If the winning ticket holder is a non-resident of NJ, do they pay NJ tax or his home state tax?

Wow.I've been prepaying for gas on my recent rentals and running it on fumes when returning.

Myth: Open carry is permitted.Fact: Open carry is still illegal in Florida under most circumstances. You may openly carry a firearm if you are engaged in or traveling to / from fishing, camping, hunting, or test / target shooting.
I would not call that Constitutional Carry, but close. In AZ, any 21YOA non-prohibited person can open or conceal carry without a permit, but an 18 year old can open carry only.

If it quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it's a duck.
Let's be real here. Nobody uses a brace on their arm, except the guy without one.
And to be clear, I am against all NFA laws.

You do not need a LTC from your home state to become eligible to carry, but be advised, a LTC holder from Texas (or a state that has reciprocity with Texas), has much fewer restrictions placed upon them than constitutional carriers.
Non-LTC holders can be outright prohibited from carrying in certain places, while licensed carry is legal for those same places.
I understand that many other states hold the same or similar laws as Texas.
Ditto for AZ

I think the M&P-12 takes 23 mini-shells. You'll get tired of pumping before you run out of ammo

My sightings:
Coyotes weekly, Roadrunners monthly, Bobcats bi-monthly, Rattlesnakes yearly, Mountain Lions never.

Hence, more gun control.

My financial advice is to take the one time payment and invest in ammo.

The issue is that PSA won't send it to a non-licensee.

I believe that a NJ Dealer can neuter an AR upper (no assocuated lower) without needing a manufacturing license as no work is being done to a "firearm". It would be gunsmithing.
